Pros: nice hotel.
Cons: nice hotel
We stayed here frequently when our daughter was in school at Vanderbilt. It is very convenient from the campus and the highway. There are lots of good restaurants around. The hotel is in good shape and decently priced.
3Better than average workout facility. There is not a rating for location. The location is incredible. Within walking distance from many of the good to great to hip restaurants and bars. Fun area and a cheap taxi ride to anywhere in teh Vandy-area and Downtown.

Pros: Location, Location, Location, and wifi
Cons: No Pay Per View, Tv's are older
Stayed at the Hampton Inn/Vanderbilt 3/22/04. Had a main floor room next to the electric room. Listened to the elevator all night and the loud, laughing drunks come in till 3:30 in the morning. NEVER AGAIN. Highly recommend the Extended Stay America just down the street. $20 less, larger room with a kitchenette and cleaner. Much, much quieter.
