Visible Changes (inside Baybrook Mall)

I have been going to Visible Changes for over 7 years. Through those years, I have stayed true to 3-4 hairstylists and have had positive experiences 90% of the time. A couple of months ago I was straped for time and in dire need of a trim. I went into the Baybrook Mall location as a walk-in and was set up with Lindsey M. I told her I wanted a trim, and before I knew what was going on, she had given me a "man cut." It was waaaay too short! She said her mother had the same haircut. I did not want her mother's hairstyle--I am in my 30s. It was the worst haircut I have ever received. Besides being too short, it was very uneven. The grow-out period has been the longest ever. Beware! Do not sit down in Lindsey M.'s chair! You will regret it.

christina is the only person who cuts my hair, ever!! i live in sw houston but drive all the way to baybrook just to see her. she is amazing! creative, she doesnt just know how to cut hair, she is one of those few with a true incredible talent....i pass up several malls, and several other vc locations to go to this one....and baybrook mall is the best, even compared to galleria, you have to check it out if u have never been! and be sure to ask 4 christina at visible changes! she can make u look FABULOUS!!

I've been getting my hair colored for the last 2 years by Ashley and she does an awsome job each time whether I'm getting highlights or getting it dyed all one color. And she remebers our conversations we had like 3 months earlier!! She has great customer service skills and she does an awsome job. I will keep going to Visible Changes as long as Ashley works there, and James will keep cutting my hair! He is so great and has an awsome personality! Thanks guys for making my hair beautiful!

I have been using Visible Changes to get my hair cut for many years. I went to get my hair colored for the first time and to get it cut. My color specialist (Ashley) was very professional and did an amazing job on my highlights. Then I was having my hair washed by a pretty socially inept girl who was puling my hair and lathering it in a hostile manner. I blew it off and then sat down to wait for my haircut. I had requested my normal hairdresser, but she had a customer before me. I waited with cold and wet hair and was getting pretty frustrated at the situation. Ashley went above and beyond to try to help me feel comfortable and give me other options to speed the process along. She offered for another hairdresser to give me my haircut and I finally gave in and chose Frances Marie (Ashley's recommendation) to cut my hair. Frances was also amazing and she gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be returing to Visible Changes to see Ashley and Frances again! Thanks ladies!

My regular beautician was out of town. So I called a friend to ask her who does here hair. She then recommended me to the visible changes in baybrook mall. She also recommended a young lady by the name of Adriana. I had my doubts but my friend reassured me I was making a good decision. Plus her hair always looked on point. I called to make my appointment. Upon my arrival I was greated by adriana with a great big smile. She made me feel comfotable right away. She was also very informative about the different products in the store and the specific ones that I needed for my hair. I had my hair washed, cut, and flat ironed. I had the best experience and my hair looked great to. Thank you once again Adriana.

I grew up going to Visible Changes. My mom, sister and I all went to visible changes. That is until they ruined my wedding day. I talked about my wedding day hair with my hair dresser ever since I started college. Finally the day had come! My mother got her hair done earlier that day and confirmed with my hair dresser that she was doing my hair that evening. As my air brush make up was being applied Visible Changes calls me saying they need to bump me back 30 minutes. Not to mention my sister was her next appointment so that would bump her back 30 minutes. Yikes, it went downhill from there! They didn't double book me, the apt before me was really for an up-do. The lady I had been going to all of my life could have said no, I can't do this I have Rachel's wedding hair next and I won't have enough time. Nope, that didn't happen. She took the job and made me wait. Wait on my wedding day! Everyone knows you are a schedule the day of your wedding! I was furious and extremely disappointed. Of course I was emotional. I had to remove my fake eyelashes from crying and re-apply makeup because the tears ruined the air brush make up I just paid for.

Word of advice, this salon, this hairdresser will sell you out in a heart beat to make money. They lost all of my families business!

Having bad hair and not knowing what to do with it was my biggest problem. i went to get a hair cut but did not know how or what i wanted. Imelda gave me some ideas and was not too sure. Outcome....
