The staff is not very friendly. They are very short with people. Their attitude is they know they are just about the only company you can buy uniforms from and they could care less about being nice and have some kind of nice personality. I have called 3 different times and all 3 times the clerk hung up on me before I was finished asking my questions. I wish there was somewhere else to get uniforms.

The clothing is overpriced and the quality is poor. You would think that if you're going to sew your name to something, you would want it to be high quality and reputable. We have had to re-sew buttons on to all of the polo shirts, sweaters, skirts, and pants because they use that cheap cotton thread that falls apart after one to two washings. I seriously think this company is consumed with their profits and could care less about their patrons. Yes, the money is important to an extent (we all have to make some profit and pay bills) but it shouldn't be to the point that you overlook quality. Sue mills forgets that children are wearing these uniforms~we need durability, comfort, sturdy and fabric that doesn't fade.

For years we had to buy our uniforms here, forced by the school's strict attire policy. There wasn't a single piece of clothing that didn't fall apart, especially the polo shirts. The pants were uncomfortable, to the point where students would buy other pants and stich on the Sue Mills label. These uniforms are horrible, and if you have the option I appeal to your sense of reason and your wallet to shop anywhere else!
