Received a good deal from Mr little but was taken to closing with sales manager Calvin where I waited for over an hour. Ended up leaving with pre-approved check in hand and started to receive calls from Calvin asking where I am.

Our company truck, 2005 Ford F350 began overheating when pulling loaded trailer. The radiator reservoir was still full and after idling for a few moments, engine temperature reduced back to normal. My extensive experience diagnosed problem to be a plugged oil cooler. I instructed Service Advisor Joe Conyers at Westway Ford the oil cooler was plugged and instructed him to replace it along with the oil cooler screen and fuses that control dashboard lights and rear running lights which were not working. He clearly wrote my requests on notebook with my contact information. Days later Joe called to say the radiator was blown out and would cost $800. I told Joe that I never asked him to check the radiator but to replace oil cooler and oil cooler screen. Joe promised the vehicle would be ready before noon the next day, It wasn't ready. In meantime, I was renting comparable vehicle for approx $250/day from Capps Rental. What was supposed to be single day rental had now cost over $1000. I went to pick up vehicle. Oil cooler and oil cooler screen was not repaired but radiator was replaced without authorization! Service Manager Larry McLaurin would not make himself available to speak to me and hours after picking up vehicle, I was ticketed by police for non-working running lights. The very lights I instructed Joe to repair. Larry informed me Joe had been fired for incompetence and failure to complete his job task in this matter. A few days later, white smoke began gushing out the tailpipe and you could smell engine coolant. Because the repair I authorized was ignored, the EGR valve and the EGR cooler was now destroyed. Confirmed as well was the $800 radiator NEVER had to be replaced and if it was damaged, it was done so during the unnecessary removal. Larry said I would be 'taken care of," but hours later I was told I would have to pay for the repairs that Joe??s negligence caused and that Westway Ford acknowledged! The estimate was nearly $4000 and they expect me to pay for it. Do they seriously expect a customer to have to pay for one of their ??certified service advisor??s? incompetent mistakes that they already admitted to and fired an employee for? I emailed Westway Ford's Managing Partner, Barton Hankins and he simply forwards them to others and nothing gets resolved. Westway now has a history of having an employee damage a vehicle, fire that employee and make the owner of that vehicle pay for the damages. Run away from Westway Ford

This is my second Ford vehicle and third purchase from WestWay. I have and will continue to recommend my salesman and Ford vehicles to everyone I know. My purchase of a 2010 Escape replaced a 2000 Ford Explorer. I bought 1 set of new tires (1 set were free Firestone replacements) and $800 in minor repairs in 10 years! What a great truck!!! i hope this one does so well. P.S. recommended the Escape, WestWay and my salesman to my sister-in-law and she bought a new Escape the week I did.

We were only looking to buy in the future.. but our salesman, really helped us, no pressure. We test drove the Fusion, but we settled for the Edge. They explained everything we needed to know, and more. Justin in Finance Dept. was very nice and made our transaction go very smooth. We'll definitely be back.

We just bought a truck at Westway ford. The sales process was pretty good thanks to our salesman, Paris. We felt a lot of pressure during the financing process, but overall a good experience.

I took my car into Westway Ford to have the Service Engine light fixed. Service was quick and they were prompt about calling with my estimate. Once approved, they were quick to fix my car and have it ready the same day. The service personnel were friendly.

PROS: Friendly service
CONS: Dealer prices

The sales person didnt seem like all he wanted was to sell a car, he made sure to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and he was very friendly! unlike a lot of other dealerships i have been to, the sales guys at this one didnt run out all at once and bombard me, they were all easy going, the managers were also very nice!
