How many times has my wife complimented vendors that have come to our home? NEVER! Always late, always, difficult, always trying to sell more and more. Not these guys. Got a text from wife when they left: "those guys were great, could not have been more professional". Can't tell you how happy it makes me to have a happy wife. My wife is actually always happy but I like when she is especially happy

These people are SCAM ARTISTS! I had a problem with my water heater. They did come out on the weekend (Sunday) and tell me that I needed a $900 water heater and that it would cost $900 to install it. This was in a house that I had bought just 2 years before and was only 5 years old. When I called my significant other he laughed out loud and we contatacted Home Depot who advised that I needed a $519 (top of the line water heater) and that they would charge $149 to deliver, install and haul the old one away.
When I contacted the owner of All Tarrant Plumbing she gave me a line about needed a permit, needing to bring it up to code, etc, etc. And all this in a house only 5 years old!
Since I was a woman I believe they thought they could tell me anything and I would believe it. The Home Depot installer said that there hasn't been any major revisions to the City Building Code in the past 5 years. They installed the unit, charge me the $149 and when it was said and done I paid less than half for a top of the line gas water heater from Home Depot and installation than I would have paid to All Tarrant Plumbing.
Since they were ticked off about me not using them, they charged my credit card $400 for a service call on Sunday and I'm contesting this with my credit card company.
You'd have to be completely naieve to deal with this company. I don't mind paying a bit more for great service, but when you get get charged more than double and the service (and attitude from the owner) is poor, I've gotta ask, "How have they been able to get away with this stuff for this long?"
