Cowboys Golf Club is one of those courses we only play once or twice a year because it is expensive but it is worth it. It is very nice and the greens are some of the best I have ever seen in my life. The fairways are trimmed and kept perfect too. The holes are challeging and the pro shop is really nice. The fees are very expensive but worth it. Take someone who loves golf- they will love this course.

Cowboy's Golf Club is a wonderful course. It is along the edge of the lake. The greens are kept so well- even in a time of lack of rain. The whole course is maintained very well. It is one of the more expensive courses in the North Texas area but it is well worth it if you appreciate good golf. They also have a lot of extras and nice touches that make the money you pay worth it. The employees are very attentive. Tee times go fast - so call a week or so ahead for a time.

Cowboys Golf Club has some of the best holes of golf in the Dallas area. It runs along the Grapevine Lake and has beautiful views. The greens are kept very well. You can play almost all year around due to the weather in Texas. The golf instructor and pro are normally around the club house to give you some helpful hints. Prices are higher than a lot of golf courses in the area but it is worth it for the type of world class course it is.

PROS: Great 18 holes of golf
CONS: Pricey

There is no salary cap at this golf course. The Cowboys have done an excellent job with this course. The layout is great. The elevation changes are something you would not expect around DFW. The course is always in good condition and the service is top-notch. The mango-scented, ice-cold towels are heaven-sent on a hot day. The all you can deal is nice because you can eat all you want and not get hungry on the course. This course is expensive ($120 ish), but if you are looking for a course to impress an out of town guest or client, this is the place to go.

PROS: First class top to bottom
CONS: Price

It's beautiful, you won't believe you're in North Texas, the Cowboys theme is impressive . . . but it's still darned expensive. I played it on a special and got in two rounds plus lots of eats (the price includes green fee, cart fee, range balls, non-alcoholic drinks and food all day in the clubhouse and on the course) for just a little over $50, but it's more than double that most times. It is, however, a heck of a place to impress a client if you're not a member of a private club.
