Just want to comment on your outstanding service. Yesterday, I had driven to Sugarland for a business meeting and ended up having a flat tire. I drove my Sienna to your dealership and was MOST impressed with James Tracy. He did an outstanding job of helping to quickly fix my tire and help me out and give good explanation. There are NOT many dealerships I would go to for repairs but even though I live in Spring I would drive to your business because of the excellent and prompt service. For once I felt like I wasn??t being swindled to pay more and get unnecessary repairs. I was in and out in 30 minutes and made my next meeting on time. Again, thanks for the excellent service and kudos to James.

Clay did an awesome job of getting us through the dealership quick. We had our 2 kids with us and we told him exactly what we wanted and he took us straight to the truck for a test drive. It was nice to be able to buy a car in 3 hours.

Evidentally a handshake doesn't mean anything at this local dealership. If their pledge to "Customer Service" means a Salesman misrepresenting to sell a truck with lack of concern for safety, then they've succeeded! A+ for Misrepresentation. I was looking to upgrade my Tundra for a specific use. This was an upgrade in a Tundra 4.6L to a 5.7L. I was repeatedly reassured it would serve its purpose in towing a specific weight and trailer, later to learn it can't, not safely with lack of concern from the dealership. If their pledge to "Customer Service" means later having to speak to a "Manager" about a Sour Deal and a Salesman who either lied or didn't know enough about the product then they get an A+ for a "manager" to shrug his shoulders with a frown, walk away and say "it's not his problem". I am a 3rd time Toyota Owner. First and Last time with this dealership who have now turned their backs once my money was in their hands. I've now had to escalate my situation to Corporate about the problem at hand. Making a major purchase is stressful enough. I went in as an educated consumer but had the wool pulled over my eyes with this dealership. If your in the market for a Toyota, I would advise that you take your business and hard earned money to a dealership that cares because you won't find it here at Fort Bend Toyota with their poor business ethics and lack of "Customer Service". Shame on me for believing. Shame on them for misrepresenting. Yes, I have a good truck, that's why I chose to purchase a Tundra in the first place. What upsets me the most is how I was treated after the matter especially by a Manager and salesperson who poorly represents Toyota quality. Let the Buyer Beware and find a different dealership to take your business to.

Harry Palmer is a great sales associate and worked hard to get me out with the car I wanted with the price I needed. It`s exactly what he`s there to do. I was very impressed with the whole process with refreshments and seating areas in the open rather than being cornered in a small office. I have been a long time customer since the dealership moved from Rosenberg. The employees that work for the dealership make it easy to bring my business there and the employees know who they are!!!! Since my service advisor is no longer employed by the dealership I was very disappointed. The service advisor I worked with that day was excellent. He advised on what repairs my vehicle needed and did not try to sell me something I didn??t need because of him I will be coming back. So lets hope management is smart and treats him like gold!

I have never written a review as bad as this one will be. I went to FB Toyota yesterday to work on purchasing a car. After the deal went south i said as i walked out deal is over dont call me! Today i have received 3 email and several Text Messages and several voice messages and one call i answered. Mostly from Jim W a sales manager there. After i have repeatedly asked them to stop contacting me they kept on. I called the police and guess they told the police that they were investigating id theft and fraud... Ya right wouldn't you as a dealer contact the police if you had such suspicions? I know i would. I have ID theft protection.
These guys will not take no for an answer and if you go there do so at your own risk. I know i will never go there and will never recommend them.

So a bit of an update here is his responce and my reply I will edit out info with xx's for the individuals own sake.

When we called your number it goes straight to voicemail and says that you communicate via text. We had similar straight to voicemail on every contact number you provided us. This was not a simple situation where someone went down to the corner store with your wife or mom's ATM card to buy a pack of cigarettes but this was using someone's signature, social security number and credit information to obtain a loan for a car.
Everyone in America understands that if you want to borrow money from someone especially a bank there are criteria that must be met. When neither our finance director nor the Bank could verify income, residency or your valid driver??s license then it's a problem.

With No Job, No Valid Driver??s License and No Proof of your wife's existence it sent Red Flags everywhere. When I followed up to insure you or your wife's ID have not been compromised you again stone-walled.
Your further lack of cooperation only fuels our well documented suspensions. Most would want to protect their identification not create smoke screens. I have been advised not to follow up with the local police since we did not Sell You a car there for we are not the victims.

I apologize that it was difficult for you to purchase a vehicle with us but unless you are paying cash there are Truth in Lending laws and rules in our Free Market.
I still am willing to discuss this matter further if you choose to do so all my contact info is below.

Also if your investigating ID theft would you call the guy your suspecting of id theft? Why would you run a credit app again on saturday after being told no deal no further contact is needed? As for truth in lending isn't it the banks that have to worry about it not the dealer they are just the broker to get the potential buyer lined up with a creditor. I am sure if the banks would not want to extend credit they would have come back as no loan approval. Rather then coming back with a deal i would not accept. And they your company trying to tack on a $1800 warranty that would be useless to me to get the interest rate down.

The short story should have been i said no deal do not contact me. You guys kept pursuing me not me pursuing you.

The excellent service and courtesy I got from the sales person who did everything on the lease process, to make me comfortable on the lease process, he was patient spending the time that was necessary for me, and he was also very competitive working on the negotiation between the manager and me, to get the price that I think was better for me.

We recently bought a Scion from Fort Bend Toyota. We e-mailed FB Toyota and another dealer, inquired about a particular Scion. Jimmy Kirby responded immediately and handled our purchase very professionally. We were gonna be out of town for few days and Jimmy brought our car in the color we wanted from a different city, had everything ready for us to pick up the car when we came back. From the General Manager down to the Porters! This is a very friendly place to buy or service your vehicle! I service all five of my vehicles as well as several other family members. Parts,Service and Body shop have always gone out of the way to make everyone feel at home! Bruce Wertz, Sam and everyone up front seem to bend over backwards to please their customers. Great Place!!

I have purchased 3 new Toyota vehicles from Fort Bend Toyota, I have them all serviced there on a regular basis. I have had EXCELLENT service experiances every time. I have also had the need to utilize their Collision Center for a bumper replacement. This repair was completed in 1 day. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 am and they had the bumper painted and replaced, ready for me to pick up at 5:30 the same day. My lease expires on my truck this spring, I will be replacing it at Fort Bend Toyota.

This place is junk. I put my BMW for repair after accident. Obviously towing truck brought my car in this place and relatively I had no choice to move my car to another shop. Anyway I approved them to fix my car.

Two months have passed and my car is still in this shop. They've never called me for update. Whenever I called them, they still say waiting for parts. One day they told me it would be done next Monday, and when I called back the day they mentioned, they say the same still waiting for parts.

Even the employee in this shop is very rude. The person who is frustrated is me, not her. She got angry at me..... what the hell....

It was estimated that the repairs would take 2 months to complete. After 4 months and my car still in the body shop, I went to Fort Bend Toyota and spoke to the General Manager, Pat Goldwait. I expressed my concerns about the lack of competence of the body shop and it's manager, Jerry Shapley. He told me he was going to talk with Jerry and call me that afternoon. He never called. Another month went by and I get a call from Jerry Shapley that my vehicle is repaired and ready to be picked up. My husband and I arrive and notice right away that the left side rear panel does not align with the left rear door, the rear hatch would not close and the spare tire was missing among many more miscellaneous flaws. The vehicle stays there another month while the poor workmanship is corrected. After 6 months in the body shop, I pick up my car and take it home. About a week later an Allstate appraiser comes to the house to do a final inspection on the vehicle. It was then discovered there were parts that Allstate had paid to be replaced that were never replaced. My car then goes back to Fort Bend Toyota's Collision Center to have those parts replaced and other failed repairs redone. Another month later Jerry Shapley calls and says the car is ready. Again, my husband and I arrive to pick it up and notice the rear hatch is not aligned with the left side rear panel or the rear bumper. We pointed it out to the Collision Center's manager, Jerry Shapley, and he said "That's as good as it's going to get". Unhappy with the repairs and his response, we walked directly to the dealership to speak with the General Manager, Pat Goldwait. He shakes our hands and we explain our frustrations. He then goes outside and inspects the vehicle. Without saying a word, he turns and walks to the Collision Center. A few minutes later, he literally runs out of the Collision Center and runs right passed my husband and I without saying anything to us. We go back into the dealership to find him so we can discuss the issue but he is no where to be found. That was 3 days ago. He has yet to contact us and I am sure he does not intend to. I just had my car appraised and it lost nearly 50% in value due to poor quality repair work performed by Fort Bend Toyota's Collision Center. You would think after 7 months in their shop they would have done it right. They definetely had the time!
