While I know this is a review for "Darryl Lackey Roofing", I felt I should include a review on what type of character this person is.
A friend of mine had her home constructed by Darryl Lackey Homes. Their workmanship impressed me so much, I just knew I wanted to have my future home built by them. Then for some reason, they stopped building homes and did roofing work instead. I honestly can't figure out why, either.
Darryl Lackey believes in customer satisfaction in EVERY WAY. If you are not happy with it, then they are not happy. That's the way it ought to be, don't you think?
