The front desk is very welcoming and courteous! The office is also very clean. The assistants are very kind and effective. Of course Dr. Haider is a very good dentist. Wil is never reluctant to come to the office.

My son is really scared of dentist due to his past experience with another pediatric dentist in Richardson. There he had his tooth pulled without any sedation and now he is really nervous. I found Dr. Haider by searching on Google and finding a pediatric dentist with most positive reviews. My son had a procedure with Dr Haider in his office with a pill and laughing gas while I held his hand. This office had no problems letting me go back.
My son is now not scared of dentist -----THANK YOU DR HAIDER for giving him a positive dental experience.

This doctor has ruined my child's smile and bite. And pulled the wrong adult tooth. Now I have to go get my teenager an implant that cost over $4,000 worst company and customer service from the doctor and his wife Ayesha to the dental assistants and all the temp hygienist that are in and out of that company

Every experience I have with Dr. Haider and his staff is an extremely welcoming and very professional experience. They answer all my questions, greet me pleasantly, and want to be sure I am always satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great, friendly practice!

I took my son there because he had issues and I wanted to him to go to a pediatric dentist. But the last couple of times we went there, Dr. Haider has changed. He is rude and arrogant. He actually told me if my son gets cavaties in his permanent teeth he is doomed. I might as well get him dentures. Really? Then he yells at your kids in that back room. I can hear him...Stop! The hygenist told me not to let Dr. Haider see me mother my son too much...PSH! No one tells me not to mother my kids...I'm a mom...It's what I do. I am sure the hygenist didn't really clean his teeth. Dr. Haider showed me food or dirt or whatever from the back of my son's tooth. His point was that his hygenist just professionally cleaned his teeth. Obviously not if you can scrape stuff off it. He yelled and this poor little five year old little boy. My ten year old son said, he was just scared because he knew it is going to hurt. Sharp metal instruments hurt when they are rub really hard against your gums. He needs not to work with kids. I'm firing him...

Wow I was at Dr Haiders last week he sure does see a lot of children. I found his staff to be very kind and caring. They were so patient with all the children. I saw a very fearful child have a wonderful time and leave smiling. I will definately go back there.

My children have been going to Dr. Haider ever since he opened his practice 5 years ago. His practice has really grown and he has definately out grown his current facility. My three girls have been his patients for the longest time and I find Dr. Haider very caring, professional and full of humor. My girls love him and his chairside manners. My oldest daughter had a dental surgery at childrens hospital which was a wonderful experience due to Dr. Haider and his staff.
On our recent 6 month check up in August Dr. Haider told me that he has bought a new building which is double the size of his current facility and he plans to open a larger office in few months.
I highly recommend Dr. Haider as he is very good and that is why he is so busy. I'd rather take my children to somebody who has alot of experience than somebody who only sees a few patinets a day. After all practice makes perfect !!!

I recently moved to this area. I have two young kids. Dr Haider and his staff were very friendly. The hygienest was very nice. She showed girls how to brush and floss. Our first visit was very positive. I was surprised to see negative about this office. I recommend every one to visit this office.

This office is horribly inefficient and disrespectful of your time. Do not go unless you want to wait at least 2 hours every time you go. It took them 2 hours to determine that my child needed a crown. The next visit, it took them 2.5 hours to even start working on my child!!! The procedure only took 20 minutes! Halfway through that waiting time they came out looking for my child when he was already in the back area They lost track of my child. The truth is they overschedule horribly and expect you to just accept it and wait your turn like you have nothing better in the world to do. This happens every check-up too. It takes forever! This last incident was the last straw and we will not be back. Don't know why it took me so long.

This dentist is not good for young children~your child will be bribed with "rewards" and when they cry they say "let us finish then you get your toys and stickers" then when they were done they told my child "no prize for you, you didn't do a good job" They completely destroy childrens self-esteem. Do NOT use this dentist.
