If you have a medical need and want to speak with talented caring professionals, then Lone Star Mobility is the place you need to visit.

After doing extensive research online and reading MANY reviews from others I was at a loss as to which scooter I should actually purchase.

I went to Lone Star Mobility and am I glad I did. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and with their guidance I now have a wonderful scooter that I am confident will meet my needs.

To be fair, you WILL find lower prices online but don't forget with a purchase like this, it's the service before, during, and after the sale that really matter. Personally, I was happy to pay a little more to have the security of Lone Star Mobility's professional staff with me for this important purchase.

Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

Terry Traner advised me that another one of her customers had discovered how helpful the UCI bio bidet had been to his

I have been a customer of Lone Star Mobility for some years now. Owner Terry Traner has been very compassionate toward my needs as they have continued to change. Knowing I would only need a scooter for a few months before I progressed to an electric wheelchair, she delivered one to my home fully decorated for the holidays. Having that scooter help me prepare for the next stage of my needs. I would highly recommend Lone Star Mobility for anyone.

I purchased a mobility cart and car carrier from Lone Star Mobility recently. They treated my wife and myself with respect and professional courtesy at all times. The products are excellent and their follow up was top notch. My only complaint was a waiting period but that was the insurance company who dod not respond as quiclky as I would have wanted. I will purchase from Lone Star Mobility again and expect the same professional treatment again. I highly recommend Lone Star Mobility.

I would like to respond to the negative comment Annette S wrote last Oct. 2009. I am very sorry for any bad feelings regarding her purchase. I was at a medical convention when this event occurred. Mr. Armstrong placed the used product purchased, in the trunk of the car at the client's request, and moved a box to the back seat, where it was situated on the seat as she requested. At the time of placement, he did not notice any defect in the seat, nor did the client express any issues. Three hours later the client returned and showed Mr. Armstrong a 2" scratch on the back of the driver's seat. Mr. Armstrong expressed to Mrs. S he was not aware of him scratching the car as he placed the box in the backseat at her request, but to please discuss it with the owner upon return from a conference. One week later Mr. S arrives to our office with a receipt for 315.41 demanding payment for repair he had already obtained from the Lexus dealership. We discussed the possibility of the box moving and a scratch happening when the brakes were applied, but he was adamant our employee caused the problem. I informed him our normal procedure would be to photograph the defect and obtain bids. Mr. S. had already repaired the car prior to discussing this issue with me, just two days after the original purchase. Upon my return one week later, I was surprised to be confronted by Mr. S and given a bill as I never witnessed the defect and there were no pictures. The repair bill was twice the price of the item purchased, which the purchased item was already significantly discounted. As a courtesy we load sold or rented products in the client's vehicle. In six years, we have never had any issues regarding this. I regret any unhappy feelings, but as a small business owner, I was not given any opportunity to rectify this problem. Many companies have the purchaser sign waivers on their receipt holding harmless the seller for loading of equipment. Our company is committed to our clients, and as a courtesy we have loaded equipment as many of our clients are mobility impaired. As a small business owner, I made the decision to not honor payment of the repair, as I was not given any option to obtain bids.

Owner, Terry Traner refused to accept responsibility for damages done to the leather upholstery in my car when Thomas Armstrong (salesman) moved things from the trunk into the car while loading the wheelchair I purchased. The repairs cost me nearly twice as much as I spent on the wheelchair. If she doesn't have the integrity to address this situation then I have no confidence that they can be trusted to stand by their product should the need arise. Buyer beware!! They are not trustworthy. Annette S.

I was very disappointed in the poor quality of the equipment and the lack of service when the scooter broke. Terry was rude and misleading she should be arrested for Medicare fraud.

Lone Star Mobility's professional manner is only exceeded by their personal attention to insure their customers and products are as perfect a fit as possible. Their knowledge of Medicare and insurance companies is up-to-date and they make sure the paperwork process is as painless as possible. I was fortunate to be one of their first customers and I remain a customer although I have moved to another part of the state. I refer friends and people who stop me on the street to ask where I obtained whatever it is that has caught their eye; walker, cane, tote on wheels, etc. I highly recommend Lone Star Mobility. C. I bought a scooter for my mom here at Lone Star Scooters. They are very frienldy and professional people. They worked with me on which one would be right for my mom to get around in smaller spaces inside her home. I would definately use them again if ever needing another scooter.
