My family and I went to get our first car there. Angel Gonzalez was the person that helped us and I just want to say that he is such a great person! He gave us all the information we where looking for and was very friendly and curtious! Every time we need something or have questions he is always there to help us! If you ever visit this location I would DEFINITELY recoimmed you go to him!

I dropped my truck off with them for a factory recall/service bulletin. When I dropped it off I was told a rough time when it would be done. When that time passed by several hours and I did not get a call I decided to give them a call. I called the service department and asked for my service adviser (Scott). When he got on the phone I asked if my truck was ready to which he replied "it is heading back from the body shop now". It turns out that they wrecked my Tacoma into a pole and decided to send it to the body shop and not bother calling me(big surprise),

So I get up to the shop to inspect the damage and the passenger rear quarter is smashed up and the fender flare is gouged completely through the paint. I told them that I would like all new parts and that I do not want it packed with body filler. Vince Carnovale told me that is not an option and that they will only repair it. I decided to go to the GM ( David Kelley ) and talk to him. He also told me that is not an option.

I have worked in the auto industry for almost 8 years and most of that time was spent working on exotics. I have done numerous PPI's (pre-purchase inspections) on mainly Ferrari's and Lamborghini's. I told them that I want it done good as new to which David Kelley told me that it would be as good or better than new. I knew this was impossible but I figured I would give them a chance. Well after them trying to fix it correctly 3 times I was eventually told by the General Manager David Kelley "Take your truck and get the F*** off my lot".

Also check out the BBB (better business bureau) page and see all the complaints on Toyota of Dallas). They have an - F - rating. That is on an A - F scale so they have the worst possible rating. I have checked at least 20 other dealerships around Dallas and none of them have anything less than a - B - rating.

Service is great at this dealership. I bought my car there and my NEXT car will come from there, too. My pocketbook and my schedule are respected. All the guys were super courteous and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars, and David Bounds explained everything to me without "dumbing" it down but I still understood what they meant. These guys will be getting all of my business in the future should I need it.

Scott Garrett is the most professional and friendly person I have ever had to handle my car. My experience with him is excellent, and he makes me feel I am an important customer. He always takes care of my car and has it ready promptly. Toyota should be very proud to have him. He is truly a professional service consultant. I will always ask for him when I bring my car in.

He even tested my car for 2-hours to make sure that the problem was solved. I was very pleased with his concern and the way he solved the problem with the horn honking 5 different times, whenever it wanted to honk.

I have no much comments for now, i just like servicing my car at toyota of Dallas because they have excellect technicians. i like their hospitality of treating customers and explaining to customers of things going on with their car, i've always come to toyota of Dallas to service my car since i picked my car up and i will always will and i will recommend anyone to toyota of Dallas. I appreciate everything and my regards goes to you all who took care of me and my car especially to Jordan Robinson ,Todd,and and the rental guy Kenna. thanks to you all. I agree completely, well worth the extra miles I drive out to Toyota of Dallas. Great price and excellent, friendly service everytime!!!! Can't sing their praises enough even though I didn't get the 0%apr. (frowning) I guess timing is everything.

Toyota of Dallas is only place in and around Dallas to buy a New Toyota. These guys are great!! They have a large selection of inventory and go above and beyond in customer service. I got a Camry at 0% Interest for 60mn. I bought because the deal was great and the 0% ends Mar. 31st....I shopped everywhere and these guys are #1...Save yourself alot of time and hassle and go to Toyota of Dallas. See Brett Zakarian or David Kelley.

By far, the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. They kept trying to get me into rip-off financing and asking "Would you like to be pre-qualified for best financing?" If you ever hear a question like that, RUN!!! True slimeballs, they give Toyota a really bad name!

I have purchased more than 10 cars, and talked to 6-7 different dealerships each time personally, and I have helped 4-5 friends with this process, but Toyota of Dallas, was quite terrible. They tried to have high pressure sales, and really drew out the whole process, I would not even recommend talking to them if it was my first time. When you tell them you are leaving then they make the deal slightly better. The sales guy lied to me on multiple occasions, lied to the finance guy told him he had informed me of their policies, had to comeback later with a check book. Not just a blending of the truth, but outright lied. Good thing I had the cash in my account. So far descent car, not a terrible deal, but was a horrendous transaction, I hope the car holds up, and will never return. I made multiple trips to the dealership as a result of the lying sales guy, and all four trips resulted in nothing, complete waste of my time. The finance dept was great. I have not and likely won't use the service dept.
