I have used Labrum Auto a few times now, and have not been disappointed. My Mazda 3 started making some weird noises up front and had a rough ride (over 100K miles). Labrum's replaced my front suspension and a few other joints/parts. The local 'Franchise"" wanted to replace a lot more than that. Labrum's prices were fair (but a bit more than others) but I really liked the quality of the work. They didn't try to throw extra services in or tell me I needed work that I really didn't. Driven the car for 1 1/2 years since with NO PROBLEMS! \nToday I just called to ask about an alignment and the Mechanic referred me to another shop!! As I was explaining the needs of my truck (a big truck!), the mechanic explained that my truck was a difficult one to align and get right the first time. Rather than him trying and me coming in more than once, he then recommended I go to a specialty shop to get the job done right the first time! What kind of mechanic does that? He actually listened to my problem, and gave me the BEST solution, not the one that would make him the most money. Extremely impressed!\nIf your in the area, or even if your not, give Labrums your business. The world needs more businesses like this.

My father has been our mechanic for over 20 years. He is retiring, so I needed to find someone else that I could trust with my vehicles. I've found them.

Best shop I've found in years. Honest, very fair prices, quick service.\r\n\r\nLast time I was in, took my wife's car in. Thought it needed brakes(3years old, 56,000 miles). They called me a short time later and said the brakes were still good for another 5,000-10,000 miles. No charge.\r\n\r\nI am sure 98% of repair shops would have gone ahead and replaced the brakes........and probably told me I needed rotors too.\r\n\r\nPlease patronize these guys.

Definitely give Labrum's your business. We need to promote auto shops that do not screw their customers.

The guy that owns the place is very honest. Good Year gave me a ridiculous quote and they saved me about a thousand dollars. They also put in parts I got from the dealer with no question and did not try to sell me marked up parts. Five stars!!

Labrum won my business from a nearby shop because they are honest and most importantly, I only have to take an issue to them once to get it fixed instead of repeated visits for the same problem. My only criticism is that they can be a little high-price IMO, but so far it has been worth it to me to pay to have the job done right the first time.

Pros: Honest, Reliable, Fixes the problem the first time

Cons: A little high-priced

I went to another shop down the street (12600 S.) with a noisy serp. belt assembly. They recommended disassembling and re-packing bearings in the alternator for a few hundred bucks. Then I went to Labrum up the street where the mechanic grabbed some lubricant in a can and sprayed my serp. belt until it stopped making noise. He then told me to have a nice day and I drove off.\r\n\r\nSince then I have gone to Labrum for repairs because I know I can trust them.

I have been working with Labrum Automotive for 4 years now and I actually look forward to taking my truck in for repairs. I know that they will do all that is necessary and nothing that isn't. I my line of work I need my truck every day and they make sure that I have little down time and keep my truck in excellent condition. If they think I can get a better price on a component they will tell me where to go and how much I should pay. The owner even met me at the shop on his day off to look at my truck when the driveline was going out. It saved me from getting stranded in the Uinta's. Best Mechanic ever!
