WALKED INTO THE STORE TO GET MY LAWN MOWER SERVICED. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE COUNTER WAS BEING RUDE TO A CUSTOMER. HE THEN WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I CALLED THE OWNER THE NEXT DAY AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THE SITUATION AND THAT I HAD BEEN A CUSTOMER

I should of read reviews before I took my trimmer to them for repair when I picked up and got home it wouldn't start they had put 2cycle gas in it .it was a 4cycle took it back and they said it wasn't them but when I repair something it

Never do business with this company! I ordered a carburetor from them and it came in broken. I sent it back and a week later another one came in. It also was broken. I tried to get my money back and they got very rude with me and told me

I wish I would have checked this company's reviews before I took my powerwash to be fixed. They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever done business with. I specifically told them to call me if it would cost more than $100, instead

Even though a star is required when writing a review, I would have to give this business a negative rating. Most likely a -10. They were extremely rude. I took my lawnmower in on a Thursday and the greasy employee said it would be ready on Monday. When I went n on Monday to pick up my mower, it hadn't even been looked at. When I asked if I would get a discount becasue they didn't have it ready when they said, the greasy employee denied saying that my mower would be ready by the next Monday. I took my claim ticket out and tried to show this greasy employee what he had written on it for the pickup date, and he proceeded to try to grab the claim ticket out of my hand several times. I told him to quit trying to gram the ticket and he said that he would let me take my mower without giving him the claim ticket. I said that I would be taking my business elsewhere and he started yelling at me! I was absolutely shocked that some one would speak to a customer this way! I was pulling my mower out of their shop and at that point the manager came out and told me to leave and called me a filthy name that I will not repeat here. I asked if he always called his daughter that name and he said that I wasn't his daughter and he would call me anything he wanted. When I got my mower outside their shop, my neighbor who was with me to help me move my mover with his truck, had heard this employee deny saying that my mower would be ready on Monday, confronted the greasy employee saying that he had heard him tell me on Thursday that my mower would be ready on Monday. Becasue my neighbor is a big guy, the greasy employee and the even greasier manager both started backpeddling. . . still being abrasive, but not as obnoxious or loud. . . Cowards!!!

A a professional Christian security consultant and dealing with the public (home owners and business owners) for over 20 years, this man was the rudist human being i have ever met!!!
As i walked into his business, like a library, no one there but 2 employees like statues behind there old desk. It was like going back in time to 1930, it smelled like 1930 as well. I wasn't judgmental at that time, but did notice his outdated security system.
I was there to upgrade his system and give him about 1000 dollars worth of FREE GE wireless panel, motion and glass sensors, alarms and such to protect his business. that was the motive in my heart. As with all companies there is a monitoring fee of $25 -45 (everyone pays that) depending if he wanted cell back up.
I ask him if he was the boss around here. He gave me a blank look, and said," what are you selling."
I told him I am not selling anything today. we are giving the security systems away and installation for free.
He insists that i am there to sell him the equipment, tells me to leave and says," what are you "f**king stupid?"
I told him that i am not stupid, i am there to help protect his machines, tools and merchandise, give him piece of mind and security.

I have not gotten in a fight in 30 years, I was boiling mad, I said lets take it outside. He was a coward, he stayed in his seat like glue.I asked him why he called me stupid.
He said ,' I didnt call you stupid, i called you f**king stupid!"
I wanted to punch this guy so hard, i turned the other cheek and couldn't believe what i just experienced"

I give him MINUS -1 stars for customer service, logic and reasoning and verbal abuse.

I took my string trimmer in for repair. I had ripped the hoses off between the gas tank and the carburator. I picked it up from repair to take it home and find that is still did not work.

When I said it was obvious they did not even test start it to see if the repairs worked the response was "You did not ask us to."

Now I was an automobile mechanic for a number of years and I did not do an oil change or even a spark plug change without test starting the vehicle.before giving it back to a customer, so that kind of irked me.

They told me to come back on Friday to pick it up and when I asked for it they said it was not ready. in fact I could see it was still in the same spot untouched from when I dropped it off on Tuesday. They said it would be ready at 4pm. I decided I did not need the frustration of having it not ready yet so I waited till Saturday to pick it up and now its not going to be ready till Monday.

I will never do business with these people again.

edit 5/18/09 brought it home again and tried it and it still won't run.

I paid for a carb rebuild that I am pretty sure it did not need.
When I originally took it in the pump bulb to start the fuel flow only pumped air. It does pump fuel now so I am pretty sure they fixed the original problem.

Now the carb job they did to cover their first messed up repair is bad.
