My dad used to buy his cars here and now I am too. This is pretty much the only trusted name I know in Virginia. They are probably the oldest dealer around. If you are looking for a good price and low interest rates, this is one dealer I recommend.

The sales associates at Jim McKay lie! I wanted a Subaru...the associate on the phone said they had 6 pre-owned Subarus on their lot. Drove all the way down to their lot (60 miles one way) and there was NOT ONE Subaru on their used lot. Just a warning...if they lie about the littlest things, what else are they willing to lie about.

* Craig, a sales representative at Jim McKay Chevrolet who has worked there for over 40 years, was absolutely TERRIBLE, GRUMPY, AND MEAN. My husband, 11 year old son, and I went there to look for a new car. He was RUDE AND NASTY and we ended up leaving after spending only 5 minutes in the Fairfax, VA location. He is a TERRIBLE businessman and should be fired and retired.

I had a relatively minor service done ( oil change, tire rotation, safety and emissions inspection). All was done in a reasonable time, additional items for repair were indentified (they always are).
