Riverbend Driving Range

Riverbend Driving Range is convenient for those who like to hit some balls before they go out on the course. It is across from Riverbend golf course and the par 3.

Inexspensive, covered and convenient if you are in the area.

I like the covered area for driving but I like that it's on the ground. It's a more realistic feel of the distance I'm driving than when I'm hitting from an elevated platform. The people who work there are pleasant and the price for a bucket of balls make for inexpensive entertainment.

In the northwest, a covered driving range is a must. This public driving range, across the street from the City of Kent's Riverbend Golf Course, and adjacent to their 9-hole par 3 course, is larger than average, with adequate parking and, of course, a roof!

This driving range leaves much to the imagination. It is old, limited in space, and what's with the fake water out there? Looks like Mrs. Smith's second grade class was out there painting the water onto the astro turf. Tacky. Thank goodness the staff is fairly nice!
