Vasa Park Resort & Ballroom

Vasa Park is a good place to hold an event. The hall is nothing fancy, but it has a good kitchen and accommodates a lot of people. The beach at the park is lots of fun!

We held our company picnic here this year and everyone had a wonderful time! The location seemed a bit out of the way considering you have to drive through residential but the area is perfect. They have roped off swimming areas, water slides, even a lifeguard or two. I would highly recommend this location for any events!

What a waste of a location! Vasa park used to be so special and great place to take kids of all ages. This year, the lifeguards are young teenies only interested in conversing with each other and picking on kids (particularly the 11-14 age group) in the water. If you decide to go, keep an eye on your kids so they do not get blamed for things they did not do. The manager actually sided with the teenage lifeguard versus 3 witnesses who claimed otherwise.
