In the past we have taken our cars to Glenn's Auto for repair and have always had good service. It doesn't take too long to get an appointment and the price is fairly reasonable.

I had my car serviced at Glenns Auto and was very impressed with the service and quality of repair. The office folks are very accommodating. I waited for awhile to see how long the repair was going to take. The waiting area is very comfortable.
After the diagnosis, they recommended I leave the car, and they gave me a shuttle ride to work. When the car was finished, they called me, explained the repair, and the price was exactly what they quoted me. They picked me up at my work.

If negative stars was possible, I would post it. I broke down in Federal way a year ago and had to get my alternator replaced. A year later I had to have it replaced again. The mechanic that replaced it the second time, told me the bolt that hold the alternator in place was missing. After talking to several mechanics, they all came to the same conclusion. The bolt was not tightened properly and eventualy shook loose. The so called "mechanics " at glenns told me that the bolt was old and broke. I asked if the bolt was in such bad shape then why didnt they replace it. No responce. I had the same work done a year later plus a new battery put in and it cost me a $100 less. I will take them to small claims court.
