They were not able to fix my issue and told me to get help from a computer repair shop, since they do not deal with such issues. The issue was with a Blue Screen Of Death and i got it resolved without their or anyone's help by following a google article at http://appuals.com/blue-screen-of-death/ - I would never go their again!!

I think the other reviewer is over-reacting. The computer service is but one small part of Staples. Even there my experience has been good. They fixed one computer I took to them that wouldn't boot up. Another computer I took in they said that they could fix it but it would cost quite a bit. So they diagnosed it and didn't charge me anything for that. Since it was a 5 year old computer anyway, I decided to get a new one. \r\n\r\nWhen I go in for supplies I virtually always find what I need. They carry a lot of items and have a terrific selection of the supplies a typical small to medium business would need. Their prices are reasonable as well. Often they are as good as or better than Costco and I don't have to buy 50 pads of paper to get the low price.\r\n\r\nIf I can't find something or have a question about an item, help is never far away. Sure some of the employees are students and just ring up your purchase. But there is always at least one, (and often more) employee(s) somewhere nearby that can answer my questions.\r\n\r\nAll in all Staples is a very good office and tech supply store that also has a computer repair department.

Pros: They have everything, always lots of knowlegable help
When my computer got that famous ""blue screen of death"", I panicked.\r\nI thought that it was the end of my computer. I was devistated.\r\nAll my pictures, documents, music files.... everything was on that computer.\r\nI thought they were all gone for good and I was heartbroken.\r\nThen I came actoss a flyer for Staples' Easy Tech, and decided I didnt have much to lose giving them a shot to get my computer back up and running - or at the very least to somehow just salvage my files.\r\n\r\nUpon going to the store, I was pleased by the employees, they were all incredibly friendly!\r\nHowever, the quality of work preformed on my computer was so-so.\r\nThey did get past the ""blue screen of death""(or got rid of it? whatever they do) but I came to find I was still having viruses invade my machine.\r\nI had told the staff I wanted to be protected from future problems, and thats not what I recieved.\r\nI was upset and lost my faith in this company.\r\n\r\nWhen I looked on Google for another computer repair company to protect my computer, I found an ad for Secure Remote Support, which offered great rates and the technician I spoke with was very knowledgable about viruses, malware and spyware. They told me right away what they could do and were very kind and understanding of my hesitance in taking another chance with another company. \r\nThey assured me that they were dedicated to the smooth running of my computer, and my satisfaction.\r\nI purchased their virus protection and optimization package - and am happy to say my computer is operating like the day I took it out of the box.\r\n\r\nNothing against EasyTech, I just didnt feel they really cared about customer satisfaction and I experienced great service from SecureRemoteSupport right away.\r\nCheck these guys out at the very least, they really are the best.

Staples has everything! I go there every fall to buy school supplies for my classroom. The aisles are very organized and employees are floating around and available to answer questions. They have great sales and a teacher rewards program! Go check it out!!!
