Des Moines Drug Store

I switched to Des Moines Drug as my pharmacy about a year ago. After 6 years at Fred Meyer, and a bad experience there, I was so pleased with this pharmacy. They are now like a family friend. They call me by name and have amazing customer service. They are also very close to home. I would highly recommend them to all.

Des Moines Drug has been located in the heart of Des Moines for countless years and there is a reason it has survived the arrival of drug store giants like Bartell's, Walgreen's and Fred Meyer. The staff is local and friendly, getting to know it's clients on a first-name basis, and there is a huge variety of goods from drugs to cards to gifts. A fun place to shop!

When you enter this place, it is like a wonderland. The help is so efficient and helpful. The merchandise is as mentioned unbelievable. If you can't find it here, you will not find it anywhere else. The Hallmark selection is so well arranged and easy to locate. Why go anywhere else.

A wonderful drug store experience. You can find prescriptions, general drug store items plus a large variety of other items. Hallmark cards and ornaments, wonderful gift selections and gift wrapping paper & accessories, a variety of stuffed animals, children's items, selections of WSU and UW items, many garden ornaments, etc. I would highly recommend Des Moines Drug Store for their friendly and professional service to the public and a great place to visit and shop.

Where else can you go and have your prescription filled, pay your bills and be able to buy your cards and gifts. This drug store has a Hallmark gift selection that is fabulous especially around Christmas.
