Good luck trying to get in if you're a new patient! I tried to make an appointment and then got hung up on after waiting 10 minutes. When I finally got through they told me they weren't accepting new adult patients. Try one of King County's Public Health Clinics instead.

If you're sans health insurance, this clinic is a rare find indeed: a place where you won't be treated like a social pariah and booted out the door. In fact, I've received better medical attention here than when I was covered with HMOs. No matter how busy, staff is thoughtful and courteous.
PROS: Best health care I've ever had; sliding scale medication available
CONS: Call early for an appt. A place this good is naturally busy

45th Street clinic provides great health care for the whole family. And, since it is part of the Community Health Care Centers, it offers a sliding scale payment for those that don't have medical insurance!
