I was visiting the area when my ipad died. I went to the geek squad and was told it could not be repaired and I have lost everything. I asked them if there was a local shop that could fix it and the response was "we can not recommend anywhere that can fix an ipad". I looked online and found that northwest computers fixed Apple products. I talked to the owner Rich and he told me he could at least get my data back. I took it to him and left it to be looked at. A few hours later he called me and told me he had fixed my ipad. Came in the next day and yes it was fixed and only charged me $75.00. I am so appreciative to this place that if I ever come back to the area and have problems they will be the only place I go to.

Couldn't have been more professional. I had been going around and around for two weeks with the geek squad trying to get my Macbook pro fixed. I had spilled something in it and the geek squad wanted $300.00 just to send it off to be looked at. Northwest Computers fixed it in 3 days for a cost of $163.00. Don't trust the big cooperate guys go to the local places. I highly recommend Rich and his staff.

Horrible customer service. Brought in a desktop that would not post. Told me over the phone they cleared the CMOS and that had fixed the problem. with the laptop they said the keyboard was unplugged, the memory wasn't seated and the hard drive was bad. when I got to the store, they said the BIOS needed reflashing. Didn't understand what that involved but figured it didn't matter since they said it WORKED. I had said on the phone that I just wanted the diagnostic which came to over $90 for both computers. When I got home, the computer did not start. Upset was I, since I know that once you clear the CMOS it should have worked. So I figured it must be the BIOS chip. But since that is so rarely the problem, I figured I'd call and ask as well as to express my concerns to Richard. He explained that it was the CMOS. I asked why it didn't work. Did they leave the jumper in the wrong position? sure enough they did. To which I replied that it is not right to return my computer in a condition it wasn't in just to make ... To which I replied that it is not right to return my computer in a condition it wasn't in just to make sure it still didn't work. That is just Wrong! They should have called me and told me that they would try that and charge me for it before hand rather than putting the computer in an unnatural condition. Also on the laptop they wanted to charge me for hard drive recovery service so "fixed it" to boot in to get the data. I had said I wasn't interested in the data. So when I called he said I should be happy that they fixed the laptop. and quote, "Next time I'll just make sure they break your hard drive with a hammer." Anyways, Unless you like poor customer service, go somewhere else

Took my laptop in with no picture. Told them I needed it the same day. Two hours later I was called and told my laptop was done. I have never been so happy. Thank you Rich and crew.
5The best in the state. Every one in the county said my motherboard was bad on my emachines tower. Took it to Northwest Computers and they found that just my power supply and one memory stick was bad. Cost me under $100.00 to fix. I rate them the best in Kitsap County.

These people will stop at nothing to satisfy every customer and fix every computer they come in contact with. They are very personal and did a great job fixing my computer. I only asked to get one problem fixed and they revamped my whole computer and made it way faster.
