Wow what a scam. This place sucks. I bought several clippers there with extended warranties. Unhappy with the quality I attempted to return them. The girl behind the counter gave me some ridiculous song and dance that made no sense at all. In short trying to pawn the return off on manufacturers warranty even if it the purchase date falls within their return policy. Frusterated I went to Sally's website, and the aggravation continued. They want you to keep every scrap of packaging associated with the product or they won't honor the return. Its not realistic. Not to mention you will be paying for the shipping to their return center. The next day I went to Fred Meyer and even though their product line wasn't as extensive, there was some possibilities. And as I've never been refused a return at Fred Meyer's I more than willing to give them a chance. Unfortunately this forum makes you rate this business with at least one star. Obviously I wouldn't be that generous, so ignore the star and be forwarned, don't buy from them.

I went into Sally's Beauty Supply today to pick up some shampoo. Their selection was very limited and the store was a mess. You could hardly walk down some of the aisles because they were filled with boxes. Won't be back.
