Poor customer service, attitude. Seemed only interested in selling the $$$$+ machines, gave wrong info on the $$$$+ versus $$$ of a particular brand. I came away with a bad feeling. I will never go back there.

Poor customer service. They advertise "free quote" for service you need done on your machine - I was not quoted, but rather called by the tech and told my repair was already at $65 and did I want him to keep going? I never got to decide if

They over charged when I brough my sewing machine in to be fixed. It was my first time to take my machine to be fixed at that place so I had to accept the charges. But what really bothered me was that they were not customer friendly. They don't take the time to answer question about the machine I brought in to be fixed. \r\nThe guy said he did not had the time but did not even offer to answer my questions another time or on the phone when he got the time.\r\n

This is a great little storethat has been around a long time. This is a great place filled with knowledgeable people. They sell sewing machines an well as repair and rebuild machines. They also sell sewing tables. I had my machine fixed and it has been running perfectly for years.
