I go to this GREAT place almost once a week! Awesome pizza (anyone who doesn't love their thin crust pizza doesn't know anything about pizza). Cracker crust that shatters when you bite into it. Fresh ingredients eat it up yum!! Oh yeah

Being an organist and a TOE (theater organ enthusiast), I really wanted to check out this place when we visited the Milwaukee Public Museum for the Dead Sea Scrolls. As I figured, the music exceeded the pizza in quality. While not bad pizza, it's not great, but it is on a par with the pizza chains, just a little more pricey (as we expected) to cover the cost of the organists. We saw Mr. Conn, their veteran. We gave him with five requests over two sets: he skillfully worked all of them into his repertoire. Sets are typically 45 to 60 minutes long. In each set we heard, their was at least one birthday, for which the organist gets his "ducks in a row". It is- literally- a row of animated ducks sitting in front of the small oboe pipework that becomes their squawky voices as he plays "Happy Birthday". Big hit with the kids.

Organ Piper is a unique dining experience. It's essentially a Wurlitzer pipe organ built around a pizza restaurant, where a skilled organist provides entertainment and takes requests (suggest checking the hours that live entertainment is available, it sometimes varies).
Organ Piper went through a phase for a while, years ago, where the pizza tasted more like cardboard than pizza, and many locals - including us - had been avoiding it. When we had kids, though, we gave it another shot, and the pizza was vastly improved. It still isn't the best pizza, but it is pretty good, and the entertainment more than makes up for it.
The organ is rigged to handle not only pipes, but also a variety of other soundmaking devices, such as percussion and the ducks. This is not a restaurant to visit unless you have at LEAST an hour, preferably more like two, to sit and enjoy the show.

Our family has celebrated many birthdays with the folks at Organ Piper. The organists are top notch, very talented. From the large pipe organ, they can manipulate many objects around the room for a very entertaining show. The pizza is better now than it used to be years ago. there is a little game room too!

This is a fun place to have pizza. We go for birthdays and special events. The organ has many different things that add to the uniqueness like ducks, an American flag, and all sorts of percussion instruments...and the pizza is really good.
4It's a little old fashioned in today's high tech world, but there's a lot going on and the kids love it. The pizza is just ok, but for a group with kids, it's perfect.
4This is one GREAT place to take families. They have GREAT pizza, much better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. The kids can listen to the pipe organ and all of its "extras" as well as play in the game room. The organists are TOP RATE and have a HUGE repertoire of music--memorized!--to choose from. You can hear classical, pop, show tunes, and patriotic all in a short time span. Great SHOW!

I love going to Organ Piper. I love going for the music, the ambiance, the games for the kids & the cheap beer. I do not go for the pizza, which is exceeded by Pizza Hut, Dominos and many others. It is alright, but nothing to write home about. The lovely thing about the place is that wonderful theatre organ, and the fabulous people they have playing it.
