I love going to Jerry's, especially during the summer when we have cook outs and barbeques in the backyard. Their meat is delicious. It's like a half a pound of meat for one patty! You won't find anything else even close to this for the same great quality and price.

Not big, and certainly not fancy, Jerry's Meat Market is just a quality butcher shop. His cuts are always nice and fresh, and special cuts are never a problem. We went to Jerry's when he was in Ansonia, and we followed him to Seymour. It's worth the ride.

This great little store has been in business for quite awhile, and you probably won't find better meats in the area. They are always polite and professional and I just love that "mom and pop" appeal they have ! Really convenient and although their prices may be a little more than the local grocery stores, they are definitely worth it !!

CONS: A little pricier than most grocery stores, sometimes a bit too crowded

I truiied this one but had never been there before. I went on a recommendation. I think they are not the best in my opinion. I have been to better meat markets. The selection was not what I am used to in other places. I have found better quality at other places to. I do have to say that they were very friendly to the cutomers and it seemed they had alot of community support from frequent shoppers there. Maybe its was just that Im not from the area so I was as appreciative of this place. Maybe you will be.

This is one super meat market. Their meat is super fresh butchered there that day. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. they also sell local veggies from a local farm. I highly recommend this market if you are looking for superb meat and at a very decent price.

I'm not really all that big on red meat, but I used to go here regularly growing up with my parents. They were very fair priced and provided very friendly, small-town like quality service.
