The worst customer service just got worse with the computerized voice. Roadrunner is keep getting off line, and it takes more than 5 days before the repair person can come. I am looking into another service right now. I can't wait to be free from timewarner. It has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I wish they learn something from Apple on customer service.

From day one I had problems. I signed up and was advised 120 per month. Got home and saw a commercial on TV which said 66 per month for what I ordered so I called them back and said hey whats up with this. Gave me the corporate run around speech that I had ordered a different package with Stars channels which I DID NOT. They will screw you every chance they get and never follow up. Know the rules/plans/details if you ever call them.
Later ...
I started losing channels so I called cust service. First dispatch said I wasnt home but no one called me IF they in fact came out. Second call they reset something in their office and guaranteed me it would fix the problem. but realized it did not when I got home.
Third dispatch tried to tell me it was a bad wire in the house. When I suggested subsistuting a direct wire on the ground to be sure, all of a sudden it became a bad wire to the pole. Repairman said he couldnt do this and would refer to pre-wire group to replace drop. I never heard from them again. I called and asked for a credit to service and was allowed 5 dollars. At the same time my bill was increased by 30 dollars a month. Bill started at 66 dollars a month and rose regularly to 78 dollars a month just before this. Horrible cust service, lack of HD channels, poor TV guide with no way to just view favorites only, make time warner cable a loser.

Over this past week I was told that I technician would come out and install cable and roadrunner in our home. I was told they would be there by 12 noon. At 100pm the technician finally shows up and I called Time Warner and they were going to issue me a credit of 4.99 for him being late. When the technician gets there he tells me this will be quick since a cable wire was runnig to our home. He drilled the holes to wire our house because it was not wired and he connected the cable and it did not work. Come to find out there was not a cable running from the pole near the road and he told me that it was not his responsibilty to run that wire and he would contact his superivvisor. The supervisor should have showed up at my home that day to look at the problem but instead at 600 om the tech from before showed up and told me that he was going to run the wire from the road to our house and see if it works. Well he did that and he told me that he was not going to hang the wire in the air until he found out if it worked. Well it wokred particially. we could only use one service at a time. He said that his supervisor and a crew would be out the next day to hang the correct wire because we needed a bigger wire and he left 500 feet of wire all over the ground. The next day the supervisor came out and told me that we do not qualify for cable because we are too far from the tap and that he would have to disconnet the service. He stated that he would see what he could do to get a tap closer to our house and see if we could get cable but he had to talk to the design team. nothing so far. So far we have 5 holes drilled in our home for no reason and I have not received the refund of 95.37 that I paid for installation and first months service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have enjoyed the cable from Time Warner Cable Company. I also have enjoyed the High Speed Internet Service they offer. It is the fastest ISP I ever have used and I love it. The prices are reasonable and bundle packaging is available to make the cost a little cheaper. Don't be fooled by other High Speed Internets...Road Runner is the Fastest!
