I went to this place of business during a city sponsored festival in downtown CO Spgs and this guy was an arrogant jerk who needs to learn how to be customer oriented. You would think that this guy being a business owner would have sense enough to take care of people and have a pleasent disposition, but apparently, that is absolutely out of the question here. I was treated lousy and I let him know it by leaving him a nasty note which I feel was warranted given the situation as I did not want to make a scene with other people in the store. It's too bad because I would have bought something but now, all I plan to do spread the word around this town and to the 2200 tournaments that I work with that this business is NO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!! Ya snooze ya loose and I plan to give him as much bad press as I possibly can! Save yourself and do somewhere that you can be treated like a person and get taken care of by people who do actually care about what they do.
