I just bought a car form here. It didn't take me that much time to buy it, and the employees were patient with me. It was a great dealership. The car has been running good, no problem need to fix.

RELIABLE??? NO WAY!!! OUT OF STATE OR LOCAL BUYERS, BEWARE !!!\r\n**please never trust Car Fax** they don???t tell the whole story either...\r\nIn March we bought a 04 Dodge Trk for my son with 57,000 miles at Reliable Auto Sales, what a dream truck for a boy looking forward to college and a reliable trk. They did advertise full warranty, when we purchased the trk there was no warranty and he couldn't tell us why, we came to the conclusion it was expired. During the test drive I keep saying I smell Oil, and the Sales guy just said ""well it just got serviced, must of spilt some oil on the engin"". Don???t ever believe a used car dealership. Well we bought the trk and drove it home to California, that next morning, went to take the truck and there was Oil all under and on the sides of this truck. I took it to a Certified Diesel Mechanic and within 5 minutes he told me that the a cylinder/injectors are bad. After five minutes of calling a dodge dealership, they found out that the trk was Black Flagged by Crysler/Dodge. I then got copies of all the service records done to this trk and in later part of 2010, the injectors have been replaced Twice, Dodge then declared an engin replacement however the owner at the time could not provide service records so Dodge would not cover the replacement on warranty. He traded it in at Ford in a different state, later they found out the issues with the trk and they sold it to auction. Reliable buys it, their mechanic cleans it up, adds oil and here we come and buy it. \r\n\r\nI notified Reliable that afternoon, they blamed me, (REALLY). after proof of the prior problems that I found, they where willing to help me out. Reliable would GIVE me a two year, 26,500 mile Extended Warranty. They would get the trk, set on it and do a fraudulent claim to the warranty company to have it replaced. NO THANK YOU, I am not a CROOK. I don???t want my name on any Fraudulent documents. Besides that their mechanic would not fix it properly and with NON OEM parts. I don't trust a service department who couldn't see the problem in the first place. Oh, and I did call the extended warranty and they told me they would not fix it, because they would of done the history on the service records also. Why CAN???T Reliable DO THAT?\r\nThe Trk cost me $24,422.25, then it cost me $17,452.50 to fix, Yes that is a Total of $41,874.75 for an 04 5.9 Dodge Trk. Reliable would not take the trk back, or help in any other way. God for Bid they be RELIABLE for what they sell. Dave Baudoin is the ruddiest/worst Manager that I have ever talked to. Leonard - Service Manager was trying to be helpful, If you can call it that.\r\nI filled a complaint with the BBB, but it seems not to bother them. All they want is your MONEY. All I asked from them, if they wouldn't just take the trk back, or help in the cost of repairs. (Half, just give me Half) you would think that I asked for their first born. Really, SOOOO Reliable.\r\n

My wife and I flew in from San Jose early Sunday morning. I thought I had found my dream vehicle at Reliable--a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with 17,000 miles. I was very clear in my initial contact with Reliable that I was not interested in a vehicle which was owned by a smoker (no offense to smokers, but I?m not interested in driving around in a vehicle that smells like an ashtray). I spoke to three people: two sales agents, and the General Manager- Dave Baudoin. All three assured me the vehicle was owned by a non-smoker (they flat out lied to get me to come in). Integrity? I doubt they know the definition! It was nonexistent. The two sales people went out and sat in the vehicle and were talking to me on their cell phones ? When I asked, ?Was this vehicle owned by a smoker?? They both replied, ?No, it smells fine ? why don?t you come down and check it out for yourself?? Not possible, as I?m about nine hours and 500 miles away. Needless to say, when the sales gal met my wife and I at the airport with the vehicle, I was rather surprised and shocked to see cigarette burn marks on the driver?s seat and door panel. As she didn?t have a white cane, I assumed she could see these things. Must have been a miracle--she was blind but yet could still drive.\r\nMy surprise and shock quickly turned to anger when we pulled out from the airport. My wife turned on the defrost vent and the dash was immediately covered with cigarette ash. The sales gal?s response was, ?Oh, one of the mechanics must have smoked in the vehicle.? No, I don?t think so. This was clearly a case of We don?t care, you are coming in from out of town, and now you?re captive! I kept my place behind the wheel and immediately drove back to the airport.\r\nNo matter how many pine-scented paper trees you hang from a rear view mirror, you just can?t ever get that smell out of a vehicle!\r\nBottom line, their attitude towards out of town buyers is one of contempt and arrogance. You?re nothing other than a sale at all costs. I?ll also be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding the misrepresentation of the vehicle that cost me over $650 in travel costs, not to mention the wasted time.\r\n

Spent several hours over a 2 day period making a car deal, finaly agreed on a price and came in to finalize the deal just to have them renig and attempt to get another couple hundred dollars out of me. The deal involved a trade-in and cash payoff. The owner/manager (not sure which) suggested I sell my vehicle if I thought it was worth what they offered me, which was low btw. Poor way of doing business and wasted my time.
