I haven't slept for a while because of the damage my vehicle incurred. But thanks to these guys, they made the repair and it is now okay.

It was very good. I have been to many dealerships every worked at a couple and typically i don't like talking to sales people, but Chris was very courteous and easy to talk to.

My sales associate was actually Amber Bonner. She was not listed in the drop down menu. Amber was by far the best sales associate I have ever worked with. She was very informed about the car I bought and she went way out of her way to help me get the deal done where I was very happy when I left. She is an amazing asset to your dealership.

Carlos Figueiredo was very helpful in explaining paperwork and numbers. Because of him I decided to purchase a new vehicle.

I signed up with Costco for their GM Holiday Sales Event and Chris Murphy contacted me just as I was receiving an email confirmation from Costco. When it came to the test drive, we even took it on the highway which seems to be abnormal around here though it is normal on the east coast. Easy to accomplish the paperwork and have everything ready to go - on my schedule, most places are really pushy when it comes to vehicle shopping.

Mario Ruiz is the person who helped me (not listed in the dropdown). First time buying a new vehicle and it was the fastest/easiest I've had in quite awhile.

Ben was very patient and thorough explaining the technical details of the Volt and the choices available on the lot. All of the other people I dealt with were similarly helpful and professional. When I got home I discovered a missing manual, and I texted Ben who said he would put one in the mail immediately. The only issue I can come up with is very minor. When the car was delivered, it was not freshly washed and the trunk needed to be vacuumed. Of course this could have been my fault as I live in Payson and was anxious to get on the road. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I will be bringing my car to Courtesy for service, even though it requires a significant drive. Thanks to all.

Ivan Torres assisted in my purchase and I truly enjoyed my experience the minute I walked into the dealership. I spoke to Ivan previously before coming in he knew what I was looking for had cars on hand to show me he was very organized and patient as I am 9 months pregnant he made this buying experience stress free and again very enjoyable!! My wife and I had a very good experience with Chris. We had arrived with an idea for a particular pick up and Chris encouraged us to look at a couple different ones. We found one that we really liked and proceeded with the purchasing experience. Chris pointed out all the advantages of this particular pickup. We had a pickup to trade in and we were offered a fair price for that pickup as a trade-in value. We and Chris decided on the final deal and he proceeded to have it processed. Jeremy Hough, the finance person, assisted us with all of the paperwork. He pointed out the advantages of the different insurances in the and warranties and helped us with the decision to proceed.Debbie Drager introduced us to the vehicle and all of its features. She also helped to set up apps on our cell phones related to the car.Overall we had a very good experience.

Wonderful. Chris helped me get the vehicle I wanted at my preferred price. We were in and out very quickly. And Misty in Finance was an amazing help, so kind and understanding. Sales manager Brock Roulier was also an amazing help. The entire staff was ready to help and the atmosphere was friendly.

My experience was great, I was greeted right away. Oscar and Benny listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. They were very knowledgeable in all the vehicles that were presented to me to test drive. When it came down to working the numbers they were understanding of where I needed to be financially. They made the process smooth as it can be.

Was a very pleasant environment meant our salesman was helpful and not pushy. Answered every question we had LISTENED to what we wanted in a car and was upfront with us, at the end of Lamar helped us find the right car. Would totally recommend Lamar to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Staff was friendly only person I would say wasn't such a friendly face and a little rude was the last at the deli but overall was happy with the staff at Couresty Chevrolet they hold true to their name :)

We really had a good experience at Courtesy with Ivan. We initially called the phone number we saw on the website on our particular vehicle. As we met Amber she said she would refer us to Ivan which knew more about trucks. Ivan was very 'courteous' and answered almost every question we had. He also helped us through the entire process. We are very happy with Ivan.

With his no rush no pressure attitude Mr. Hernandez sets the standard for how a sales associate interracts with customers. The financing and service department were also friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. As I exclaimed in excitment to Mr. Hernandez I believe #Courtesy Chevrolet deserves bonus points for having the available mini shop full of drinks quick bites and snacks available for you as you wait for a certain department.
