I was pleasantly surprised by how well run this hospital was. I've been hospitalized in big city hospitals before, but this smaller town hospital had all the facilities they did, plus great mannered, and caring staff. You were made to feel that the staff really cared about you as a person as well as a patient, where in so many of the large hospitals you are made to feel like just one of many medical charts.

I've had mixed experiences with Indiana Hospital, but 95% have been positive. I truely believe they always have their patients best interests at heart. I've been there for two bone injuries, a massive headache, and glass in my foot - and was always attended to very quickly. The worst of my experiences was having been treated in the hallway for a severe ankle sprain because their rooms were all filled. The best was being in and out within 30 minutes with the glass.

Their best asset is time - I feel that this hospital is well managed and therefore is efficient in moving people and doctors quickly without loosing their strength in patient care.
