The only positive thing about this physician's office is the wait time, most appointments you are in and out anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 depending on what you are there for. I assume this is just a result of so little time and attention being spent with you. It's almost as though they are trying to rush you out. The doctor is definitely on her own schedule and doesn't want to be bothered after hours for anything. Not quite the best profession selection for someone who can't be bothered. I've had difficulty contacting her through after hours number for emergency purposes. And this was after I called her office during business hours and was promised a call back and didn't get one. She acted very curt and annoyed when I finally got a hold of her. She goes out of town frequently and then they just have you see a nurse or the ultrasound tech. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and I haven't seen the doctor in 2 months. She is not thorough if you have questions or concerns. She also schedules your labor and delivery to her convenience. In my first pregnancy I was induced at 39 weeks for no medical reason and because my body wasn't ready I ended up with a c-section. I know of multiple other patients of her that this also happened to. Due to my unhappiness with her care I am in the process of changing practicioners 8 weeks before my due date.

Dr. Nalluri is unthorough as a doctor, she acts like she doesn't care about her patients, she does not explain the condition that she diagnoses you with.
As for me in particular, she prescribed me birth control when I was (unbeknownst to me) actually 6 WEEKS PREGNANT because she did not think to administer me a pregnancy test. I told her I was one and a half months late for a period but because I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) she assumed pregnancy was unlikely and my menstrual cycle was irregularly long because of this condition. She didn't even ask me if I technically I could be pregnant and then go from there...she just assumed. So Nalluri prescribes me the Nuva ring birth control device to help get my hormones back on track for the treatment of my PCOS, eventhough Im 6 weeks pregnant. Long story short, I discovered I was pregnant myself before using the Nuva Ring. If I had used the Nuva ring, I would have been distributing damaging hormones to my vulnerable developing fetus. Lesson: Unless you want this to happen to you, avoid Babitha Nalluri's office.
