This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I have been to only one other dentist that just retired. My mother and sister worked in the office. My sister is a hygienist and my mother was the office manager. I must admit, this office is run more professionally, cleaner and everyone is nicer than the one where my own family worked. The hygienist cleaned my teeth better than any other hygienist than the other office including my own sister. I thought I would have a difficult time finding a good dentist to replace my former one. I was referred to this office by a neighbor and Im so glad she did. The best!

Dr. Bialecki, Tonya, and the entire staff are friendly, answer my dental questions, and offer suggestions to improve my dental health. They were instrumental in my decision to begin wearing braces and I am happy I did. Highly recommended.

The Doctors and staff at OFallon Dental are the best I have ever experienced.The office atmosphere is very relaxed but also very professional. They make you feel more like a friend than a patient.

The staff here is always waiting with a smile, knows me personally, and always keeps me informed. You will know going in, what they think is best for you, what options you have, and they will let you know each and every move they are about to make. (very important for most in a dental office). I am very stand-offish when it comes to dental work, but the professionals at O'fallon Dental are very concerned about my comfort level. I must have been asked 20 times during my visit if I was doing okay. O'fallon Dental has earned a lifetime patient in me.

I've been discouraged about my crooked and yellow smile all my grown life and was hesitant to smile. However, I have a nice smile that people respond to well. When I was searching for a painless dentist, I read about the improvements available with cosmetic dentistry. I thought about it for quite some time and then decided what the heck?

The procedure was painless. I don't know how Dr. Grayem gets the shots in without me feeling it, but he does. He prepared my entire smile for the temporaries and then I waited the many long days for my permanent crowns to come in. They finally did and I was given a glorious smile.

It was so straight and bright that I was stunned and not exactly happy with the results at first. The change was so startling different. So perfect. So pretty and at my age I thought, "Oh no! They look like very good dentures."

It's taken some time, but I am used to the face that looks back at me in the mirror now and I'm pleased with the change. I receive compliments on my smile. Used to be folks would just smile back at me. Now they stop and say things like, "You take care of your teeth, don't you?" I even had a young waiter in London tell me they were beautiful and he couldn't wait to have his done.

It does bother me a little though, that they look "done." That's not the fault of the office staff, however. Dr. Grayem gave me a choice of colors for my crowns and I chose this and it's not his fault that I am beginning to wrinkle up. I'm almost 60, for Heaven's sake.

I like him and the rest of the staff so much and enjoy painfree dentistry so much, that I am leaving the VA system to pay for my own treatments. I lost a crown on the bottom and am now having it replaced by them out of my own pocket.

I definitely recommend this office and these kind people for your dentistry needs. You can't beat not hurting and the results of their work is flawless.

After 6 years since I had been to the denist I was very nervous for this emergency visit. My teeth leave a lot to be desired and have been a source of embarrassment and shame for many years. I have been to a couple of different dentists who have belittled me, one even told me that I would be lucky to fall and knock out all of my teeth. Needless to say, due to my past experience, I was not looking forward to my visit.

Imagine my surprise and delight when I was welcomed to the office with smiles and encouragement from everyone at the reception desk. Terri sat with me the entire time and gave nothing but support and "you can do it" kind of words, along with tissues for my nervous tears! Dr. Grayem was patient, he listened to me, and he never judged. I apologized over and over for being emotional, nervous, for the state of my teeth. He simply said what I needed to hear - There isn't anything to be sorry about. You are here, these are fixable, and let's get started!

I left their office feeling relieved and empowered. I am ready to commit for a healthier smile. I truly feel like the office and I are on team to find my successful dental story! For the first time in decades, I am excited about going back and putting together a game plan with them.

I highly recommend this office and this dentist. The support staff is amazing - they are calm, gentle, kind, and want you to be comfortable.

The entire staff is very professional and capable. They always make you feel welcome, and almost make going to the dentist a pleasure. Donna is a fantastic hygienist, and the assistants are also very caring, as is Dr. Bialecki.

I was referred to Dr Brace's office and I am glad that I gave them a chance - I was greeted immediatley and was taken back at the time of my appointment (which never happens in a doctors office!) with no waiting. Donna, who was my hygenist, was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable in a sitautaion where I am normally very nervous. She was knowledgeable and shared information with me that no other dental office had even OFFERED. She took her time with me and was very personable. Upon leaving, they again, were great. They explained to me my options and talked to me about insurance in a language that I could understand. I look forward to my next visit!

Great staff! Just had multiple fillings and it went terrific. What a professional group of people. The Dentists area terrific and the dental hygenists are top notch! Very gentle, I have had multiple dental procedures and this by far was the best! They are very concerned for your comfort

I recently made the decision to switch dental practices after over 15 years with a dentist in Southern Illinois. Although happy, technically, with the work performed by my dentist, I found the overall practice to be outdated, inflexible and somewhat indifferent to the needs of the patients. My wife recently changed to Dr. Brace & Associates and has been thrilled with the care she has received to date. Since I have never heard my wife speak highly of any dental practice in our 36 years of marriage, this inspired me to change dentists as well. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Dr. Brace, Shannon (my hygienist), the very friendly office assistants at the front desk, and the overall quality and professionalism of the practice. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Brace and his fine staff

The care per se was fine but in the 4 years I went there I saw four different dentists (and none of them were Dr. Brace). I can do that at an HMO.

I liked the fish tank, though.

Great Dentists, staff and state of the art equipment. I had a very pleasant cleaning, and conservation and laughs with my technician. My family also goes and enjoys it as well.
