They actually saw a different patient using my chart, billed her visit to my insurance, and refused to take it off my account until I provided them with a time ticket from my place of employment showing that I couldnt have possibly been there at that time. Business office staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful-they treated me as though I was lying to get out of paying a bill. If you are currently a patient there, I would suggest getting copies of your records and going through them with a fine tooth comb....their records keeping practices are a total mess and there is a general disregard for privacy and confidentiality.

I needed to see an orthopedic surgon and this is the clinic I was referred to. I was very happy with the surgeon I saw. He had great bedside manners and seemed to sincerely care about my needs. The clinic as a whole was a great clinic to work with. The staff were kind, efficient and caring.

My first impression about this clinic was really good as I found their front desk staff quite friendly. They have got clean waiting room and waiting time is not long. Nurses and doctors are friendly and helpful. It is very easy to get an appointment with your regular doctor. Doctors are really willing to listen to your problems and answer all your questions. Labs are quick and easy.

I have been going to this clinic since 1983, they did all the care for my two children. In fact the doctor that took care of them is still there. The doctor who delivered them is still there as well. To me that is a big deal. The nuses are so very kind and really listen. They will do whatever it takes to make one feel comfortable and you will not leave the office until they are sure you have had all your questions asked and answered.
