Dr. Stephen Cowan was my and my brothers pediatrician for years!!! He's the best; hands down and very kind. He also takes his time when meeting with his patients, unlike other Dr's who are in a hurry.

Dr. Stephen Cowan was my and my brothers pediatrician for years!!! He's the best; hands down and very kind. He also takes his time when meeting with his patients, unlike other Dr's who are in a hurry.
These two are the best there is. 16 years ago I deliver at 23 weeks a 1lb, 3oz baby boy, upon discharge I took him to a pediatric provider who just did not seem to be in touch with a infant born 4 months early. My mom suggest Dr. Baskins and Dr Cowan whom from the day we first met is still my son providers. The care, attention, concern and education that has been given to me during this most precious stressful time would not have been made possilbe with all the after care that was and still is given to my son to this day.
