Overall is a very pleasant and excellent experience ! Able to do appointment thru Internet. The doctor is very detailed in giving the ways to improve my toddler's condition.

Very impressed with how easy it was to get an appointment and the fact that I was actually seen at the time of my appointment. I was not expecting such efficiency. The staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Loved the iPad in the waiting area that was available for use along with the free wifi. I had fell and injured my legs. I went to the clinic just to make sure that I hadn't broken anything. The doctor gave me the peace of mind that I was looking for.

Was nice hotel good breakfast, but really not much for the kids but the pool. like that its easy to get in and out, and close to everything.

This was my second visit to the clinic. Loved the facility was so clean and staff was friendly and quick. Saw same doctor both visits. She was fabulous!

We visited Queen Anne office last December because one of our sons had high fever on Sunday. We could book a doctor soon and we brought him to your office in 30 minutes. We registered him in 15 minutes without waiting time and doctor checked him and tested him. Doctor's explanation was very clear and answered all of our questions, and manner of doctor and staff was pleasant. They were very helpful and we were very satisfied with them.

I would say having a placement of a broucher in the lobby with other points of interest in the city. All or most hotels have a visitor center area and this would be a welcome placement for many.

I came here last month to be treated for a work injury. I was handled swiftly and perfectly, and really felt that the doctors had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Immediate Clinic to anyone looking to be welcomed warmly and seen right away!

I had a sinus infection, and I found the front desk staff, initial intake person, and the Nurse Practitioner to be efficient, friendly, and very competent. I would not hesitate going again; however, since I live on First Hill, it would be nice to have a clinic nearby.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor did a great job, but could have been a bit more forthcomming with information about my problem, and how I would need to care for my wound after the visit. Overall though, it was a great experience.

It was fantastic! Justin and Lauren were great. They listened to my daughter and came up with a treatment plan that was perfect for our situation. They were respectful and helpful. We didn't feel rushed and we got all our questions answered. We've struggled to find an urgent care clinic where we could get good care. Now we've found it.
