Dr. Horsley is a fantastic physician that cares about her patients. She is willing to think outside the box and understands that we are all different. She listens to her patients and rather than dictating treatment she provides her patients the tools that they need and supports her patients in using the tools and treatment options that work best for them. The only negative is that it can take forever to be seen and same day appointments (or even next day) are extremely to get, so you really need a backup doc for emergencies. I wait on average 1-2 hours to be seen and I've waited as long as 4 hours. However, I still find her to be worth the wait and 2 hour roundtrip drive for me. Just bring plenty of books, crafts, electronics to keep you occupied while you wait.

I've been fortunate to have Dr. Horsley as my Dr. for 14+ years. In 2009 she did save my life by recognizing what one particular medicine was doing to me and calling my cardiologist to get me off of it before it was too late.
