I am in the process of changing primary doctors, and will be seeing
Dr. Olson. I have heard such good things about her and used to have her as my primary doctor. I went in
for my first appointment a couple days ago, and only had to wait
about 10 minutes. I am hoping this will be the norm wait time,
as I am not a very patient person.

Unfortunately my mom doesn't like change. She has been going to this doctor for about 20 years. Dr. Olson is consistently "running late". It is the norm to have to wait 2+ hours for each appointment. She is not flexible with "squeezing in" patients. If my mom has an issue that she needs to see the MD for they rarely will help her to be seen. They will suggest she "go to the ER" for non emergent things.. Well, she has a tremendously high ER copay...not to mention that is not what an ER is for. Furthermore, The office staff tends to be quite unfriendly and non helpful as well.
