Trying to get any followup from this doctor is impossible. All calls are routed through his medical assistant who does not return phone calls or follow up in ordering procedures. I don't know if she is intentionally trying to cause a medical malpractice case or if she is just lazy. The rest of the staff at this office protect each other and the doctor will not talk to a patient except duing a paid appointment.
This doctor needs to fire his whole staff or give up his medical license. All insurance companies should drop this doctor as a preferred provider unless he cleans house in his poorly operated office.
