Overall Dr. Karkazis's pratice is super-great!
1. Every staff person is great at his/her job & the tasks said job requires.
2. The other doctors that work at said practice are the best at what they do...there is the older, more mature dentist that is a Mastor of dentistry and the younger dentist, an apprentice, who has two of the best dentists to learn from: a Mastor Dentist in training.
3. If you schedule an appointment, please make an appointment about two months ahead...you can not lose with which ever Dr. has the earliest available appointment!!
It is due to the fact that these Doctors are so incredibly busy that I rate the scheduling of an appointment as "good": it is as good as it can be when a practice is as busy as Dr. Karkazis's is.
Finally: keep it real...if you have Medicare/Medicaid as insurance...remember you are lucky to find these great Doctors that take your insurance and will remove a tooth and make sure you are COMFORTABLE DURING THE EXTRACTION.

Dr. Karkazis is a great general dentist who accept most insurance plans including Medicaid. Our whole family has been seeing him for a year and we're all very happy. Even my 10-year old son no longer minds going to the dentist. We've recommended him to friends and family without hesitation. For those without insurance, his prices are very reasonable (my aunt commented that Dr. Karkazis's price on dentures is less than half what she paid for her dentures). The only drawback is that the building doesn't have too much parking.
