I find the staff at Martin Foot & Ankle (York office) to be rude & unhelpful. They make it difficult to schedule an appt. I had to jump through hoops to get an appt. I also had the Kery flex procedure, They do not stand by their work. If the artificial nail falls off, the consumer must pay $125 to have them fix their flawed work. I did not have trouble at the Lancaster or Hanover office. The York office staff is the problem. I will report the problem to the insurance company.

I was having problems with my foot and never having problems before didn't know where to go. I checked out Martin Foot and Ankle. The doctors there are great and have a flexible schedule. Since I needed an evening appointment the receptionist said something to the doctor and she stayed later than normal for my appointment. To me this shows that they care about their patients.
