Spent many years working with this so called therapist (actually, she's a social worker) on fears. At first I was trusting but then it seemed to go nowhere. In fact, it seemed like she was more afraid of things than I was, was always edgy and if I didn't now any better, on drugs. Friends who knew her suggested that perhaps she was on medication or drinking too much so I decided to stop treatment with her and find a Ph.D. not someone who received a Masters in Social Work and is better qualified to help people rather than dealing with serious mental issues.
Overall, it just didn't seem like it was worth the time and money, even though she accepted my insurance.
