My 7 year old needed 3 teeth removed and I can't stress enough how wonderful Dr. Crinzi, Dr. P and the entire staff were. They were so amazing with her and put all her fears at ease. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. What a wonderful experience.

Three weeks ago I had a molar extracted by another dentist that resulted in an unhealing dry socket and persisting numbness in half of my lip and chin. That dentist has been shrugging this off and saying that these things happen and it may take months for the dry socket to heal and to regain feeling in my face. I've read that that's true sometimes, very rarely, but usually not- and after three weeks of very little improvement, I thought it wise to get a second opinion- just in case. When I explained my situation to Dr. Crinzi's receptionist, she put me on hold and then another staff-person got on the line to tell me that I should just go back to the dentist who gave me the nerve damage- that they didn't want to "get in the middle of it". I explained again that I just wanted a quick consult with a different, more experienced practitioner, and she made dismissive noises and said that they wouldn't be able to see me for at least a month-and-a-half anyway and I should go somewhere else. I asked if she could recommend another oral surgeon and she said no.

I'm not sure why they didn't want to see me- dentist politics? Low profit potential? In any event, implying that someone shouldn't seek a second opinion after weeks of misery is unhelpful and uncompassionate. Not much impressed by that- to say the least.

Dr Crinzi is a top-notch oral surgeon on the East Side and he is recommended by the top orthodonists here. I had to extract 2 crowns with metal fillings and 2 bicuspids for braces and Dr Crinzi went the extra mile to negotiate with the orthodontist to make sure that they are the best plan for me. The surgery was fast and painless and the recovery was fast. Dr Crinzi and his staff also made several personal phone calls after the surgery to make sure that the recovery is on track. His enthusiasm and nice personality make him an excellent oral surgeon to work with. He definitely deserves 5 star ratings.

I am 18 years old and I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Crinzi and his expertise made my expeience as smooth as possible. Usually when an oral surgeon removes wisdom teeth they check back with their patients to ensure that they do not develop painful dry sockets. After Dr. Crinzi finished my surgery, he makes a point to pack the bottom sockets with medicated gauze to prevent dry sockets from forming before they even get a chance. Dr. Crinzi also wrote me a prescription for anti-inflammatories, two different strenghts of pain killers and anit-biotics to make sure I would have access to everything I would possibly need for the next few weeks of recovery. I can personally reinforce and give testiment to Dr. Crinzi's fantastic reputation for taking care of his patients before and after surgery. He definitely has a gift of calming down patients before operation. My insurence from both my parents created double dental coverage and I paid nothing out of pocket for my procedure except pharmacy copays. I would highly recommend Dr. Crinzi to anyone that needs to have their wisdom teeth removed or any other type of work that he specializes in. He is highly qualified and experienced as a professional and his ability to connect and work with people goes unrivaled

Tooth extraction is never enjoyable, but Dr Crinzi really does a great job on it. He is warm and pleasant and makes me feel less nervous. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and then later came back to remove 2 more permanent teeth. The recovery was fast. Dr Crinzi follows up after each operation to make sure things are going fine.

Dr Crinzi very patient and knows how to make patients feel calm before an oral surgery. He has very good skill in his trade and the surgery doesn't take long. He explained clearly what he was going to dobefore my surgery and the caring procedures after it. After I went home, he called me several times to follow up and make sure the caring procedures were followed. His staff is also very nice too. In Dr Crinzi's hands my fear for oral surgery is greatly reduced despite not completely gone.
