This will always be one of my favorite amusement parks. I think this park, like disneyland is truly unique. It really capture's the california feel with it's western, gold-miner's set up. The rides are more exciting and for older kids than Disneyland, and it always seems to be less crowded. Whats even better is that it is a lot less expensive than Disneyland, especially when they are running special rates, so come check it out!
It may be a bit expensive to take your family here, but it's well worth the money for an evening of exciting entertainment-knights, horses, tournament, that the kids will especially love! And while you're enjoying the show they serve a delicious feast soyou really do feel like a king! This is really the perfect place to take the family for a special occassion like a birthday party! Definitely come check it out!
Sav-on is a great drug store because they are cheap, organized, and have a great selection, weather it be shampoo, snacks, or a magazine you are looking for. They even have a 24-hour pharmacy. They already have the lowest prices in town, but you can even find some cheaper deals if you pick up their coupon book in the store or the sunday paper!
Long's is one of my favorite drug stores because everything is always clean, organized and easy to find. They always have a huge selection of anything you might need weather it be shampoo, a birthday card, or a snack. They even have a pharmacy and movie rental section for only $2.00 dvd rentals which definitely beats out blockbuster.
See's candy is an old classic that everyone love's- from their nuts and chews, to their soft centers I think everyone has a favorite. I personally like to go for the caramal or orange flavored centers! This is the perfect place to pick up a box of chocolate for a fast, and inexpensive gift that anyone will be happy to get.
This is one of my favorite places to go to the movies because the theater's are big and new and it is convient to get to. Sometime's the parking can be a bit hectic, but it's not too bad. There is an attractive courtyard right next to these theaters with a beautiful fountain. There are also a ton of shops and restaurants here! Definitely recommended.
TJ Maxx is a very good discount department store. Everything is discounted and you can find all of the name brands you would find at Macy's or other full price department stores. The layout is very user friendly, organized and clean. I find it more enjoyable to shop here than at Marshalls or Ross, which tend to be crammed full of stuff of lesser quality.
This is a new mexican restaurant that is sit down but fast food- the food is pretty good sort of along the line's of baja fresh as far as quality, but more of a fire-grill/ california flair. They serve fresh fish, beef, and chicken taco's, burrito's, enchilada's, and even tostada salads, and have a yummy salsa bar. They even serve pizza cooked in their wood fired grill. Their is inside and also outside patio seating which is quite pleasant, come check it out.
This little pizza place is located right next to the Aliso Viejo theater's. Everything here is modeled and named after famous mobsters, they even have a billboard with famous mob saying's like 'fa get about it' with their translations, and picture's ofmobster's on the walls. The pizza is just okay, many time's I have come here it is cold and just sitting out, since they do serve by the slice. Their salads are also bland and mediocre. Okay, but not recommended.
They've got pretty good New York style pizza served by the slice with a nice little lunch special that comes with a tasty little cesar salad and a drink (free refills) for about $5.00. They also serve giant stuffed pizza's for a little extra which are oozing with cheese, sauce, and meat. This is definitely a great place to come for a good, fast, and cheap meal!
