Pizza Cucina

It is hard to believe a place like this can stay in business. The service is virtually non-existent and will basically ignore you. They overdo the cheese on their pizza. No Ranch dressing is available for wing dipping. Garden Salad uses abundant black olives. There only a few tables in this store, and they were dirty. Please avoid this place for your own good. Only heard the phone ring once for an order, saw one customer come in to the store and saw them leaving with one delivery. They should have read my review, and stuck with CPK or Domino's.

Dr. Chahine is an excellent, caring doctor. He takes his time with you, and is very helpful. He is also great with kids.

Maria's Italian Kitchen

This a wonderful place to go with the family. Nice atmosphere and good service most of the time. Very good food.

Premier Care Dental Group

STAY AWAY! This is one of those "dental" shops that tries to load you up with unneccesary services. They charged my credit card for a supposed no-show, even though I cancelled the appointment well in advanced. I needed to get involvement of the State Board of Dentistry to get a refund

Baskin-Robbins

It is hard to believe there is such poor service at an ice cream shop. They are rude and unfriendly here.

Pei Wei

Pei Wei has officially gone down hill. It used to be a desirable place to dine, but is no longer so. Although it has always been on the expensive side, at least it had a good menu. They recently changed their menu (to Mango Chicken?) and threw overboard their best dishes. This makes it much more difficult to stomach the high prices.

Browning Mazda Of Alhambra

Avoid this dealer service center. Did not perform the regular interval service I requested. They use your service visit as an opportunity to identify higher ticket repairs, then avoid lower cost regular maintenance. A shame the Mazda names is associated with this place.

Crown Automotive Repair

Going to the myriad mechanic shops on Walnut Street in Pasadena is a hit and miss proposition, and Crown Radiator Heating & Air Conditioning is a definite "miss." After five days with my car (including over the weekend) they still couldn't fully diagnose the problem with my air conditioning. They told me it would be a $49 diagnostic fee when I first brought it in, and then said they would have to charge me another two hours labor to fully determine how to make the AC work once they had it for three days. They didn't keep me updated on their progress either--I had to keep calling to find out what was going on.

PROS: No positive aspects. Avoid at all costs.
CONS: A poor mechanics shop that will give you the shaft.

Howard's Appliances Inc

I traveled an extra 30 minutes to get to Howards Appliances based on their Sunday Newspaper insert. I wanted a refrigerator that was featured in the advertisement. Surprise they sold it but it was going to take 3 months to ship. Seems to me that if your looking for a refrigerator you probably need one very soon. I think they are banking on this fact because the remaining refrigerators were priced about $100.00 more. It seemed very suspicious to me.

Antrim's Security Co

The staff has an unfriendly demeanor that makes this a difficult place to work with. Plus, the prices here are too high. This is an overrated establishment. Help has an arrogant attitude and their merchandise and services are seriously overpriced. This company came highly recommended but I guess I just don't get it.
