When I had my son at Las Colinas Medical Center, it was a positive experience. There are separate rooms in separate wings for labor and delivery versus post partum. All rooms are private and spacious. Almost all of the nurses were friendly and very helpful. The nurses in the nursery took very good care of my son. They are very pro-breastfeeding, and have a lactation consultant that can help you if you have any problems. They also offer several classes before the baby arrives to help prepare you for childbirth, breastfeeding, and caring for a baby.
Dr Thielen is a nice doctor. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and he always made me feel really comfortable. He is not part of a group practice, but I never had problems getting in to see him. His office takes most insurance plans.
Steve and Barrys is a gigantic clothing store. Nothing in the store sells for more than $9.98. They have clothing for men, women, teens, and kids. They have a large selection of university and novelty tshirts, and much more, including shoes, jeans, tshirts, polo style shirts, jand ackets. The clothes aren't the highest quality, but you can't beat the price.
This location has a large selection of baby furniture, plus everything you can possibly need for your baby. They offer a baby registry, but if you try to register on the weekends, be prepared for crowds. Weekdays and weeknights are much less crowded. The employees there are for the most part helpful. Be sure to sign up on their mailing lists, and they will send you coupons in sales fliers every few months.
The Texas State Aquarium one of the most advertised tourist spots in Corpus Christi. They have some nice visits, but we were a little disappointed in comparing us to other aquariums we have visited. They do have a dolphin exhibit that the kids will enjoy.
We stayed here for a recent vacation. The location is not too far from the beaches. We were very pleased with the accomodations. They have an exercise room, indoor pool, arcade, and they offer a complementary breakfast and bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very positive experience here.
We've browsed Ashley furniture store several times. They do seem to have a large collection, but we have never found anything we have liked there. They always seem to have quite a few salespeople standing around that don't have anything to do, and the people that have tried to help us don't really seem to know a lot about the furniture they are selling. They do have pretty good deals on financing.
DSW Shoe warehouse is a great place to find shoes for women and men. They have rows and rows of shoes for every occasion, every style. The prices are pretty good. They have clearance racks in the back of the store where you can find some great deals. They have a frequent shopper card that you can sign up for. They will send you coupons in the mail and you can earn discount certificates after you spend a certain amount.
This thrift shop has a huge selection of items. It's located in an old grocery store. They have a large selection of furniture, toys, books, software, records, appliances, home furnishings, seasonal items, and of course clothes and shoes. Selection changes often, but there is so much there you can almost get some good finds.
We used these attorneys for a complicated issue with our wills and estate planning. They did a good job with our issues. They are very professional. It was a little more expensive than your normal will, but it was well worth it in our case for peace of mind.
