Recently (April 2005) I went into Bath and Body Works with a coupon for free hand cream if I spent $10. Well, I told the sales lady upfront about my coupon and she was very happy about it. Usually sales people look down at you if you have a coupon but I had a great experience. They are always willing to help you and show you how products work.
The best thing about the store is their sink where you can try out different products. I also love all of the testers! I have always found the store clean and very comfortable.
Wells Fargo Bank is clean and easy to get in and out of. They also have a drive through along with walk up ATM?s so you have a choice. The staff has always been curious and friendly and the bank is always nice and clean when I go in. They answer all questions and the manager is always around which makes it nice if you are having a problem. One nice thing is that they actually have most of the windows open on a Saturday which really speeds things along.
For all of the sales which seem to be every weekend that they have the best sale deals ever I feel that Kohls is way overpriced. I can find the same quality of clothing across the street a Meryvens for less and get better customer service. I also have found by going into Kohls a couple of different times (trying to give the benefit of the doubt) that their clothes seem to fit different and smaller.
Last I dont like the way they have set up the cash registers it reminds me to much of a grocery store and is not very welcoming.
Tillys is a must stop for many teenagers around town. The store is very crowded with racks of clothes but the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you really look around you can find some good deals but I feel most everything is way over priced. Your best bet is to wait for the big tent sale that happens a few times a year in the parking lot and stock up then.
Even though it is small Radio Shack does have a lot to offer. The store is clean but I have found that the sales people are always trying to sell the most expensive items to you so you really have to look around. They have great deals at Christmas and it is nice to have a Radio Shack nearby and not inside of a mall.
Sport Chalet is a nice clean sport store that has always had what my family was looking for. The shoe department has a nice variety for everyone in the family from sport shoes to everyday wear and the sporting goods are always stocked. They also have some great sales and I have always found the staff nice.
Wal-Mart is very well known all over the place and I dont think this one is much different. They do have the customary guy at the front of the store and they are always busy.
The store is packed and very hard to get around and not all that clean. On one recent trip on a Sunday afternoon they didnt even have the check stands open in the electronic area which was packed with people.
I do like that they have self check-out and the only time I will step foot in there is on a Sunday right when they open.
I dont really care for this Kraegan because it is hard to find what you are looking for and it takes them forever to look something up for you if you cannot find it on the shelf.
I really like shopping at Target, though I wish they would update the store. Even though the store is clean it just feels old. With that being said, I can always find things to buy here and they have a nice selection of electronics for the whole family. Customer service is sometimes a hit or miss though at Christmas time they really seemed to be on the ball with having a lot of check stands open and multiple people at the Customer Service desk.
Hollywood Video has always had good prices and a big selection of videos. They also have great prices on used and older movies. The store is clean and it is nice that you do not need to have a Hollywood card anymore rather just show your drivers license. The store does have a small parking area but the people have always been nice which makes up for that.
