This is a convenient place for routine repairs and inspections. The people are friendly enough, and the prices are average. It's easy to pull off Main Street (also known as Fairfax Blvd now). They usually have plenty of gas and have tasty snacks and coffee inside.
PROS: Plaenty of gas and air
CONS: Main Street sometimes has lots of traffic
Now that the grand opening is over, they don't have any giveaways or promotions. Already, some of the businesses are closing such as Organized Living. Most of the shops are overpriced and are not very usefull. The prices of the food at the movie theatre are outrageous. There is no real need to go to this shopping center.
PROS: Fun to go to once
The people here are very nice. The location is good. But the quality is simple not as good as the $1.79 Dry Cleaners around the corner. They lose buttons and have a hard time doing alerations. I would only go here if you are buying booze at the ABC licquor store in the same shopping center.
PROS: Next to the licquor store
CONS: Prices too high
I would avoid this place unless you happen to be picking up a sub from Blimpies anyway. They won't buy collectibles, although they sell them. Most of the musical instruments are junk and the prices are high. You are better off using Craig's List on the internet.
PROS: Good location
CONS: Poor quality and high prices
If you like sneakers, this is the place. They also have clothing to go with it. Manassas is right off of 66 which is better than the Beltway. It's a good place for kids because they have they latest fashions. Watch the commercials on TV first, then come here. Michael Jordan's sneakers will be waiting for you.
PROS: Lots of sneakers
CONS: Lots of kids
The location of this bank is good with plenty of parking.
It is near George Mason University which is handy if you are taking classes. You can open a savings account, checking account a CD account and get a mortgage if you need it.
I would not buy mutual funds from them however, because they have a limited selection to choose from, and the advisors have limited knowledge of the market.
CONS: Not good for brokerage accounts
The is a good store for standard collectors. Not a lot of single cards laying around, but they have the standard unopened packs like Topps, Upper Deck, and Donruss. My only complaint is that they are hard to contact by phone.
PROS: Standard stuff
CONS: Vey few old cards
I don't know why anyone would go to Giant or Safeway when they can go to Wegmans. Unlike the old Sutton Place Gourmet, they have gourmet food and things you really need, like paper towels and twinkies. Lots of parking and they even have newspapers from most major U.S. and world cities.
They used to have coupons, but they discontinued that.
If you can't find something, they will get it for you.
PROS: Lots of everything
CONS: No more coupons
Auto glass repair is a tricky business. You want it done right, and at a reasonable cost. It's so easy to be overcharged because you usually need it done fast. C & C charges reasonable rates and will submit insurance claims. Sprinfield can be a pain to get to, but that should improve when the construction on 95 is finished.
PROS: Good rates
CONS: Takes a while to get there
The full name of this school is actually Sidwell Friends. It was founded by Quakers and still promotes Quake values. Great teachers and great facilities. They promote athletics as well as academics. You will meet nice people here.
PROS: Good solid values
CONS: Very expensive
