Los Angeles, CA
I have taken many yoga classes here from a variety of instructors, and they have all been great. Other studios I've gone to often do the same thing every class, but I always learn something new here, and instruction is always offered for many different levels of practice. Classes are usually not crowded. Also, they used to have a few "donation" classes where you pay what you can, but now ALL their classes are by donation only! So it's ideal if you want to practice yoga but can't afford to pay a lot (classes can get expensive if you go often). (I hope people don't take advantage of this though because they offer great classes and should be compensated for them!)
I generally love Target so it makes me sad to write this review, but the Culver City Target blows. Without fail, every time I pull into that congested parking lot, a headache sets in that only intensifies as the shopping experience progresses. First, they never have any shopping carts, so you have to look for stray ones in the parking lot or in the aisles. Second, recently they seemed to have added an extra 10 aisles on one side without adding more space, so each aisle is so cramped that two people can?t pass by each other. Their merchandise, when it?s actually stocked, is incredibly disorganized and often damaged. And if you can?t find what you?re looking for, the staff is not exactly jumping up and down to help you out. It?s too bad because Target is a great place usually, and I?ll go to the one in West Hollywood when I can. But the Culver City one is so close to me I usually end up there when I just need a few items, even if shopping there makes me want to hurt myself.
PROS: Good prices
CONS: Lack of customer service, disorganized/damaged merchandise, crowded/cramped
A fantastic place for cheap costume jewelry that is CUTE! They have about a million pairs of dangly earrings with beads, sparkles, you name it. Prices for a pair of earrings range from about $5 to $20. Of course theyre not top quality or anything but really cute! They also have some nice necklaces and bracelets. All pretty trendy stuff but not too cheesy for the most part.
PROS: Great selection, very cheap, very cute jewelry
