Phnom Penh House

'Delicious and Affordable'
Cambodian cuisine may not be all the rage like Thai food, but it is quite delicous, and Phnom Penh house is probably the best place in Oakland. Cambodian food is similar to Thai food, but there are subtle differences. Try any of their barbecued meats - or vermicelli noodle dishes - you won't be disappointed. It's affordable, and the service is friendly and efficient.
PROS: Cheap and delicious!
CONS: sometimes there's a wait
