this place is so unhealthy, i can't believe i drop by here before all my long trips. they sell all sorts of junk to fill up on, i remember going in during the summer to get beef jerky, chips and ice cream. i just wish that the staff was more friendly and didnt seem bothered when i bought, otherwise this seven eleven is just like all the others.
this is junk food heaven. people who need to feed themselves at any time in the day, whether its for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a midnight snack. this place is where you can get unhealthy for decent pricing and snag a really cheap delicious slurpee at the same time. its also the only place you can walk into wearing almost anything and be expected to be served.
walmart is the home of low low prices. they seem to get cheaper everytime i go and they have everything i would need in life. they have clothes, food, books, appliances, toys, electronics, and more. the best part is the friendly service and the huge size of the store. this place is so easy to get immersed into and often i want to go on a shopping spree here.
this walmart is new and hasnt gotten as much attention as the older ones. to me, it seems kind of plain compared to the other ones ive been to. the parking lot is usually only about half full and its not as bright and friendly as other stores. they do stay true to their low prices, but this one just isnt on par with the other walmarts in san diego.
this gamestop is overrated. i was told that this would be a great place to reorder a game, but i don't think it was such a good decision. the shipment of the game was late and they didn't even bother to call me when it arrived. i mean, they are generally nice guys and all, but when i preordered i thought i was going to benefit from their good service. oh well, theres other gamestops out there..
this place is relatively new and does a decent job selling, trading, and buying video games. they are part of hollywood video, which is pretty nice for renting a good movie and getting some games at the same time. they have some pretty cheap prices for older games (like N64 and playstation) and sometimes offer gift cards with new games if you preorder.
gamecrazy is a good contender to gamestop. its the type of place where you can talk to gamers about new games and get the info on the latest and greatest. the staff is pretty young and knows how to get the attention of the "modern gamer". sometimes their sales are pretty good, like trading in 3 games for a new one, where some people can get really cheap games and trade them for more expensive ones.
this place is perfect for going and trading in some old games for newer ones, or getting the latest game, system, or accessories. i love the feeling of being able to come in and be greeted by the friendly staff who are knowledgable as well. this place rocks, i trust them to help me get the newest games and stay updated on whats hot!
gamestop used to be an awkward store to me, but this is the first one i went to. when you enter, you will notice that the entire store is full of video games! in the back there are some japanese anime comic books and dvds, but for the most part, great fun video games for almost every console. if you are looking for an old classic or something new, this is probably where you would find it
